Low Physical Sellers who still Manage to Have Decent Album Design/Packaging?

So today I saw a comment about Sistar's Touch N Move album and it's really not great album design/packaging. It said that Starship might not have wanted to spend money on it because Sistar are low physical sellers. That didn't make much sense to me seeing as having good packaging is one of two reasons that entice people buy physical albums in the first place. Then I got to thinking that there has to be groups/artists who also (consistently) have low physical sales but whose company still tries to make something creative and/or aesthetically pleasing. Know any groups/artists/companies like that?

And when I say low physicals I mean 10k and under.

SISTAR has one of the best discography in all of KPOP...

their B tracks are amazing..

Give It To Me album is still one of the best

Touch N Move non title tracks are beautiful

lol, this isn't what I asked, I'm talking about the physical album design/ packaging perhaps with some unboxing examples?

9Muses albums don't sell too well, but they're great. Plus, the posters are huge.

You also got to keep in mind that normally with groups that aren't famous the physical albums tend to be of lower quality for budget reasons- that is, if they get a physical album at all. But even if there's a low budget, some people really know what to do with it. For example, A.Kor released Always with a single album. It doesn't have a poster or photocards, and it's made out of paper. But the paper they used is really thick, and the photobook is nice and thick, too.

Hyolyn's Love & Hate album having better packaging than all of SISTAR's albums was hilarious tbh

But Hyolyn spent her own money on her solo debut, so that says a lot

Touch n Move album was tragic, from the basic photos inside to the poorly photoshopped cover. How did that even get approved?

GITM was nice, as was GNAAL even if it was a photobook.
