onefatpanda 296 Posted May 19, 2015 Share Posted May 19, 2015 true friends: they listen to your problems, they don't mind being called on the phone, they wait for you to finish you stuffs, they don't need to compliment you to continue being your friend, they accept your opinion, they fight when they disagree with you, they put you in your place when you are in the wrong, they like talking with you, they never forget to mention you in front of others, From experience, I know a girl (even now) we are in the same grade, we are still in high school but whenever she sat down, she always talked about her problems with me; first bf and first time going somewhere, I told her all my problems, like I have a lot of people I don't like and she said it was ok. To me, that was the most important thing that a person should have is compassion fair weather: they are trying to befriend you because they have no one else to talk to. They try to befriend you for the sake of popularity/status(?), they secretly don't care about your problems, they think they are above you in many ways. They will eventually leave you when they find someone else to use. From experience: This girl only befriended me because all her other friends were in another class, which is fine but she didn't really appreciate the fact that I was putting effort into becoming her friend.
