If you had to compare I'd say Girl's Day is more SES to A Pink's Finkl. TO your point though I think A Pink is purposefully evocative of 1st generation girl groups. For example the opening dance moving in MY MY MY with the arm swinging is very similar to the move in SES I'm Your Girl. A lot of the musical hooks in their songs sound very similar to other first generation songs too. I like A Pink a lot, and I think all this is by design.
