Yeah SuJu is one of the few groups where it is hard to decide who is best vocalist (I just didn't want to offend anyone because I don't know how other ELF feel about this  )

i think the OP was referring to their original lineup, in which YS is the main and RW and KH are leads. i think the general perception now is that they're all main vocalists, but positions in KPOP rarely match up to abilities. (everyone has their preference though, which is expected because all three are extremely talented in their own right.)

tbh i think she was just trying to avoid upsetting fans by referring to KH as THE main vocal in her title, so she added the "P.S." to clarify that she knew YS was technically the main vocalist. unfortunately i don't think she realized or meant for her addendum upset KH fans (or RW fans for that matter, since he's also a main vocalist).

No I didn't want people to think that I forget about Yesung ( that's what I meant with offend) but I didn't know if I should call Kyuhyun Main or Lead since he has been named as both in the previous years and in SuJu Yesung was always the one who introduced himself as main vocal

and I wasn't really talking about ability ( of course I know that they are all on the same level when it comes to singing)

But she was doing the opposite. And i dont get how "referring KH as THE main vocal" was upsetting fans. Bcos if u really don't want to upset fans, u wud go as far as if posible u wud claim that everyone in Suju can be main vocals. But the vibe i get is that, "Yow!! Kyuwook u cud now give yesung his throne bcos he's now back." Ok that was an exageration, but that was the vibe i'm getting and since this thread is about Dancing i dont get the relevancy of the last comment.

Thanks for explaining your pov. I was just surprised you feel like it was necessary to bring it up at all since it's not a thread about vocal abilities or singing at all. It's obviously not a serious thread at all so it seemed surprising that you would feel not bringing Yesung up would be more of an offence then just leaving as is. Idk I guess it's just one of those weird things that makes this fandom tick.

remember that some people are new to SJ and aren't as well-versed on what everyone's role is, or aren't active in the OH fandom and don't know how people will react to what they say. this board has way more active kyuhyun stans than yesung stans, if the badge awards are any indication. but if the OP has lots of friends who are yesung stans, or came from a website with a more active yesung fanbase, then she might be used to tailoring her posts to keep from offending them.
