Why many people like to use park min young as one of some korean idols who have done plastic surgery and she is the only one hated for doing it?

Really this thing is killing me, i have seen many people who states park min young mostly when asked korean actresses who have done plastic surgery, & and most people hate her for it, dont misunderstand me (yeah i cant deny am her biggest fan but just cant stand people who just hate park min young unreasonably?! i mean you just hate an idol for doing plastic surgery? really seriously? i have witnessed many people calling her artificial, fake beauty? !! & all kind of sorts names alike, so i would like to know deeply why only park min young? is she the only one have done plastic surgery in the whole korean entertainment? or?!! somehow i wil understand if you give me reasonably reasons!!! to me she z the most beautiful actress i have ever known, i dont mind this whole shit of plastic surgery but its just this whole issue that i CANT stand

ikr, people get plastic surgery for their own benefit; If they want to look pretty they should obviously get it done because it's their choice...the f with natural beauty because not everyone is born beautiful appearance-wise, if we have the tools advanced technology in this modern period of time, isn't it best to take advantage of it?

After looking her up, seems dumb people would call her an idol in the first place since she's an actress.

I also expected her to be some sort of plastic monster, but she's pretty.

because out of the popular working actresses she's the one that's had nearly a total face transplant. and her look is that very typical gangnam look. yoo in na too, but she gets a lot of hate. lee yubi's done a lot of work but she doesn't "look" plastic so i think it flies under the radar.

You really can't underestimate the power of ignorance and jealousy. It's her decision to upgrade her looks, it's not like she's the only one doing it. Many idols/actresses did it too, but all they gained are praises. She's a good actress and that's all that matters to me.

I think it's because she isn't that great of an actress and people think she only got popular for her looks when she got a completely changed look. 

I agree that the hate is unreasonable because tons of other actresses and idols got PS but the opinion sees to be that Park Minyoung's plastic surgery is the only thing she has going for her.

But I think this hate start around City Hunter airing, when she was rumored dating Lee Min Ho, the most popular actor that time. Or maybe Sungkyunkwan Scandal where every handsome guys love her, Park Yoochun, Yoo Ah In, Song Joongki. They just envy

I agree she looks completely different to his before PS.... But, she doesnt look plastic to me... She had good surgeons who didnt messed her face, she looks pretty natural and pretty.  I was really surprised when I saw her before PS the first time, cuz it never crossed my mind she had anything done (ok, maybe her eyes, but only because thats what I have seen thats its the norm with korean actresses and idols).

 

About her acting, well, shes not bad, yet not that great either, so i guess her look play a big role in her fame, so what? Lots of idols do too, they even present themselves as the visuals, like, thats their talent, and everyone is ok with that....

She is pretty. That's why one of Miss Korea's winners had her face changed to look like hers.

lbr the main reason she gets so much hate is because her work looks good and she's not afraid to admit she got stuff done. netizens hate people they can't prey on for their insecurities.
