Do you think it's time for SM to bring out the Bills and ask for compensation ?

Recommended Posts

I mean they brought songs , outfits , make up , managers , staff , trainers , they pay for copy rights , they pay for their artists to appear on shows and promote them .

and not to mention the PS , and how they do make over for their artists , only to be stabbed in the back ..

No offence to the fans , I am just saying my opinion and this is not bash thread , I am just wondering why do most artists who fill law suit create drama over it , just say I am out .. here your money that your spend on me , thank you for all those years . Bye . ..

is that so hard to do  :imstupid:

Hahah. what?.

Its a slave contract, do you think that is right?...

They are not stabbed in the back, its just that the artists have realised that they way SM treats them is not right...

then why most suju , SNSD and TV2Q .. and many other artists renew their contracts .. BoA too boa been in SM for more then 14 years

Where else would they go though? YOU Need SOMEONE To Back YOU Up Before YOU UP AND LEAVE A COMPANY. It's hard to look for a new company after your contract expires.

Plus SM could have promise them a lot of things but at the end of the day they might not get it after signing them.

Its not like SM did everything for free. They earned back more than double, triple, quadruple and much more from their Investment. So No. Sm should not bring out bills and ask for compensation. Esp Not from my Darlings who showered them with money before they left.

I'm sick of ppl saying that the idols who left SM should repay them for the popularity that SM has given them. WHAT FUCKING POPULARITY ARE U TALKING ABOUT???? SM managed these idols but it was the idols' hardowrk for the company that made them who they are right now. And they probably earned way more than they have invested on these idols because SM isn't dumb to invest on them without having a pay back. If SM have treated their artists' right then they wouldn't have gone away. GOD who wants to stay under their contract for more than 13 years without the certainty of being able to do well on their career. It's pretty clear that SM wants to get hold of their artists right under their noses to keep other ppl from making money off of them.

They made SM LOL (much like BB made YG). SM wouldn't be where they are without snsd/tvxq/suju/boa.

I know but SM has helped them

And maybe they don`t realise how bad the things that SM are doing to them are

no one forced to sign those contracts

They were really young you know, att that age you dont think about the concequenses

They were with SM during the worst times (pre-2009?). If they wanted to leave, they would have left at the same time as JYJ, when SM was still a small company, or when their contract expired. All of them are still SM's breadwinner (TVXQ and SuJu pulls in the biggest revenue), SM needs them more than they need SM.
