If Beast promoted "Caffeine" instead of Yoseob...

For people who don't know... Caffeine was supposed to be a Beast song which was solely produced by Junhyung but Yoseob begged Junhyung to give the song to him when he debuted. He was supposed to promote a cheerful, cute song "Look At Me Now" another song in the album.

I remember people saying that Caffeine sounded so much like a Beast song when Yoseob debuted so would it have been MORE or LESS successful if Beast promoted it if they came back as a group December last year?

 

How about if they promoted it now and made Yoseob promote Look At Me Now last year - would he have been unsuccessful?

 

Well, Shadow and the album is doing decent for boy group standards but people expect Beast to do more than just decent in the charts but what if they promoted Caffeine now instead of Shadow, would it have done better? (Caffeine is not really a summer song but so is Shadow anyway)

Maybe? They nailed a non summer song perfectly in 2011 and it propelled their name on a totally different level

I doubt it would have done better in terms of success but it would probably have kept their group momentum going.

im not sure if they would be strong enough to win with seungi, he got a lot of love from his acting and his song was really good (i love "return" as well)

but it's clear that yoseobie has a good taste because "caffeine" >>>>>> "look at me now" imo

Yoseob begged Junhyung? Really? From what I heard - based on their interviews both Jun and Seob kept saying Shinsadong Tyger the one that kept pushing them to use Caffeine instead...

 

But nevertheless...I vote for a Maybe and No

I can't answer this, because I loved Caffeine as a Yoseob solo, but I'd love to see B2ST perform it together just once

Caffeine's quality is so much better than Shadow's. Fix it up a little bit more and it would've been much more successful.
