MoreTokyo 1,008 Posted August 11, 2013 Share Posted August 11, 2013 Last year, we named HAIM, a trio of Californian sisters who specialize in personal and inventive takes on ’70s studio-pop, a Band To Watch. Since then, they’ve churned out anthem after anthem, including absolute gems like “Falling†and “The Wire,†and they’ve become a festival-wrecking live act. They’ve done all this without releasing an album, so it’s great to learn that their debut LP is finally just about ready to come out. As a result, it feels like just another ep to me when I was expecting a full album... Oh well... 4 new song is still nothing to complain about I guess... And they'll promote as well, seeing as they didn't tease these 4 track this summer while on the festival circuit (at least not the 4x I saw them this summer)...
