Kpop is another world so no..I like it to stay like this..

Although I'd like to have some friends to fangirl with :hurr:

Same.. i feel it's my own world... although in my class there are 2 kpopers.. and in my school i know 5 kpopers overall lol,but still my music taste is my closed in feature.... it just wouldn't be the same if it went world wide mainstream....

LMAO i hate to talk with my country kpopers.. they're just annoying(even worse than internet ones)... and they always approach me JUST BECAUSE i am a fanBOY..(PS: they're mostly exo-ls) lol and i only talk to hyuna stans(and my best friend happens to be a hyuna fangirl since we both were hardcore hyuna stans since 2011)

and your friends know you like Asian music right? my whole school happens to know because i stole a huge dynamics and i on purpose connected it with my mobile and played kpop songs lmao my whole class was after to kill me.. it was lol though....

As long as my faves still release the same type of songs I like I wouldn't care but I see kpop as  pop music except in Korean. Of course there are some slight differences in approach ( such as the whole idol system and more groups) but the music isn't that drastically different. I think for k-pop to become as global as English pop music more people would have to be open to listening to a language unfamiliar to them or the Korean language would have to be more spread out globally.
