‘Cause Seungyoun is an Impossible Combination'

 

1. He’s a freaking strong rapper

 

His rap is my ultimate favorite. Here’s his rap compilation in Falling in Love era. Basically you can hear every single word clearly, even when he’s rapping super fast. He got zero accent in his English raps. And he has that fascinating vibe that a cool rapper needs. The kinda childishness in his voice sometimes turns into sexiness when he raps in a deep voice, like his rap in LUV AGAIN and Be On You (Seungyoun cut ver.). And he had a wonderful collaboration with Sungjoo (See Through) at Old School Radio. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, you gotta watch his damn charming rap solo on After School Club.

 

2. Also a vocal and a great dancer

 

 

He’s also a vocal in UNIQ, tho he haven’t sung much in their tracks. Before their debut, I fell for that single line “

†In his teaser. In Arirang Super K-pop he sang a part of Sam Smith’s Lay Me Down; and at Beijing Fansign he sang JJ LIn’s â€œèƒŒå°èƒŒæ“抱â€. DJ Alex said, “He has a really really soft voice (when singing). He’s a rapper and he can sing. He can sing but he’s a rapper!†And that’s the charisma of contrasts. 

Also a very impressive dancer. Every move is strong and on-point. He usually acts as Yibo’s counterpart in their choreos. And till now he’s the only one member who can do flips.

3. His other gawddamn talents in music

He plays multiple instruments: piano, guitar, drum kit, recorder. Just picture Seungyoun playing the piano? some fangirls are gonna die.

 

He can be an amazing lyricist: Apart from his works in EOEO, Falling in Love, Luv Again, and Listen To Me, he wrote the lyrics to “

†and publish it through “Legendary Practice Day 6â€. And when I got to understand the meaning of the lyricsi even trembled a little for all the freaking sharp words he used. (and it’s really cute and dumb of him to strikethrough all the “Shit†Words in his writing XDD just so amusing)

 

 

He composes music: This is what we learned from a msg he posted on UNIQ fancafe. And in 

, you can see him on his way to his music composing class. More will come out later and we can just keep anticipating.

He’s great at beat-boxing: He’s usually the main beat-boxer. When the other members need to sing on shows, he’s beat-boxing; when Yibo needs to show his dancing skills, he’s beat-boxing; even when their back-up dancer kinda sings/raps at the airport, he’s still beat-boxing. It has become some kinda his automatic reaction already.

4. He’s a genius at languages

Korean, English, Portuguese, Chinese, and he knows some Tagalog. He mentioned that he traveled abroad a lot when he was a kid and lived in Los Angeles for some time. He spent 2 years in Brazil after graduating from primary school (his Portuguese name is ‘Luizinho’). And he taught Portuguese on SUKIRA with Super Junior Ryeowook. 5. He’s the official cutie of UNIQ

 

 

Nicknames: “Little Cutieâ€, “Cho Cuteâ€, “Cho Yayaâ€; he has ultimate dumbass aegyo skills, and he’s the king of fan-service because of his beyond greasy greetings with hearts. But he denies he’s CUTE and insists he’s COOL in pretty much every single interview, though none of the other members gives a damn. Because he’s at the same time doing all the CUTEST things ever while claiming he’s NOT cute. He’s forever the one who’s asked to do Gwiyomi though he’s not the real maknae. So, just don’t try to compete with him on cuteness. nuh-uh, don’t.

6. He’s a determined and hard-working boy

 

He loves soccer and singing. For soccer he went to Brazil and studied there for 2 years training to be a professional soccer player. One day his friend told him that he sucked at karaoke, and that was when he finally discovered singing means more to him. So he persuaded his parents, put down all that he had got in Brazil, came back and pursued his music dream with full efforts. Trainee days were very harsh and tiring. Everyday they kept practicing and had all kinds of classes. He once fell asleep at the toilet and woke up half an hour later only to find their Chinese class was over. But he said he never thought of giving up cuz he loves music and wants to become an artist, not just an idol. this is the always impressive Cho Seungyoun.

7. He’s kind-hearted and polite

 

 

During the shooting of the Taiwanese show 100% Entertainment, he offered to carry an injured sunbaenim back. That sunbaenim posted on his weibo with the photo and thanked Seungyoun for being such a nice boy. He bows everywhere. He bows to fans at airports. He bowed through his fustal team. And he bowed to people immediately even when this sleepy head opens the door and has no idea what the heck is going on.

8. He’s clever and a freaking quick learner

 

 

In the Taiwanese show 100% Entertainment where they competes in sports, you can just see how competitive and clever a rival he is. When he encountered some sport he’s not familiar with, he observed and stealthily practiced and then came up with an even smarter way to do it. Maybe that also explains why he got so many talents and language skills when he’s so young, plus those pranks he has. Impish boys are usually clever. Well you basically can’t blame him for putting himself first on his UNIQ IQ chart. he’s confident about that XD

9. He’s a weirdo, a dumb-ass, a piece of poop

 

 

 

 

 

 

The word “Seungyoun†Means FUN and …DORKABLE, and ‘the walking meme’. He’s just an impish 5-year-old classic Leo boy with O blood type. Tho he shares a same birthday with Yibo, he’s quite the opposite of Yibo in personalities. He’s the group clown, the mood maker, the happy virus and the one with endless pranks in his head. And the worst thing about this, is that he never changes. I guess this kid has a brain built in a way different from normal ones. And as for his derps and stupidity, here you’ve only seen the tip of the iceberg xD

10. BUT!!! He’s HOT! And you never saw this coming

 

 

It really drives me crazy that this second I see him doing the stupidest things on this planet, and the next second he becomes unacceptably smoking hot. He’s gawddamn lucky to have such an 'all-round’ face, which enables him to go to the maximum scales of both hot/handsome and cute. He can easily go for high-fashion edgy chic looks, and yet has no problem at all in coming back to be the cutie patootie flower boy. That’s why it often triggers the stylists’ desire for trying everything special on him for photoshoots. And he can easily rock them, even freckles. This boy is the love of fashion magazines and photographers.

11. He’s an angel when smiling

 

 

Do I even need to say more? such a smiley angel. just…you can’t see his wings.
