The game itself is demanding on your laptop/computer. 2. No, it's free to download on the main league of legends site. 3. It's not that addicting but you don't really spend much time on it, an average match of league of legends is about 25-40 mins and people normally only play like 1 or 2 games a day. I'd recommend you get it if you enjoy online team games which requires teamwork and skill. Also, it's difficult to play unless you have a laptop/computer mouse. I never played warcraft either..That doesn't effect game play at all,knowing the characters and their lore is a nice feeling for warcraft players I imagine but thats it really.
