SM isn't about to ruin ot10 theme for repackage so ofc any announcements will be delayed until then. They'll pull a kibum for repackage anyway. Eh, he's removed everything EXO-related from his social media and no longer signs his name as EXO-TAO but uses Z-TAO instead. He hasn't released an official statement per se but it's about as close as it's gonna get at this point. Like he hasn't exactly spoken out publicly against his father's lawsuit.
