First of all, I wonder if the fans really dont know why Seolhyun got so much hate, or they actually already realize it?

The reason is clear enough for me, and I already realized it since few months ago. 

 

Looking at the comments from Pann netizens, isnt it clear enough? Some of the comments are not even bashing her for me, but saying the truth.

2. [+100, -7] Sigh Seolhyun, she wouldn't be getting hated this hard if not for the media play. I wish FNC would wake up and at least knock it off now.

 

3. [+91, -12] You can't deny any of this, it's so refreshing to see it laid out ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹

 

4. [+37, -3] There's only so far she can go when she can't sing, act, or has any variety talent  << are the fans agree with this?

i would say such thread if created will only instigate fanwars. i can already imagine the arguments gonna be really messy and won't stay civil

Hmm.. This is really interesting! Please pardon me to share some thoughts..

 

 

 

As I said before, I'm really new to this K-Pop world.. and I can only share what I have seen in general..

 

Firstly, I think Company has a big part in this matter, well business is business, they got to do what they got to do to make profit.. which sometimes sacrificing something or someone in the process.. But what to do.. We can't just change the ongoing system unless everyone's in it change..

 

The biggest problem that seems to make things worst, I think is the intentions behind all the comparisons.. Comparing Seolhyun with anyone with the intention of finding who's better, who's this and that is completely unfair and nonsense.. Because everyone's standard is different, and they're comparing a completely different and unique individuals, of course there will always be someone that's "better" according to everybody.. but that doesn't means that the others are less..

 

Well.. saying that Seol can't act, can't sing or has no talent at all is a total BS for me.. because I meant what I said that she's very talented and perfect and loved! Doesn't matter what other people said, because they have their own reasons and standards. and I don't have to agree with them.. Everybody's free.. For me she's a good actress (in fact, everybody can act, is there anyone who never lies at all? Well, you have to act when you lie.. hehehe) and of course she's still has a lot to learn so that she can keep improving and getting better.. but who doesn't? She's an amazing dancer.. for someone like me that as stiff as a rock.. And she has a lovely voice.. she definitely can sing.. and she plays piano, she definitely has musical talents.. of course there will always be someone who sings "better" than her, well.. everybody's unique and different.. She's beautiful and perfect in her own way..

 

In Showbiz world, where all attentions and lights follow you all the time, we can't expect everybody will love you and except you 100%.. There will always be some people that hate you, mock you, jealous of you, etc.. And I'm sure Seol knows that.. She can't pleased everybody.. And I think she's not in the position where she can reject or change her Company decisions for her.. whether it's "good or not" for her/her image.. So putting the blame on her is really unfair and (pardon me) stupid..

 

I used to dislike GG.. when Gee became hits in Indonesia, I find the song super annoying, and I dislike the singers.. And it's unfair because company picked the songs for them.. so why blame them.. Then I rediscover them in late 2014.. Now that I looked back, at that time I was very young (I love and crazy about Linkin Park and Eminem), I didn't give any chance for me to know them.. Now that I get to know them better each individual has their own charm.. their all beautiful and unique.. Oh how I wish I done that sooner..

 

So for me it's really unfair to judge Seol and compare her to anyone.. Everybody's growing.. Please give her time to learn, grow and improve.. She's still so young..

 

About "they dont think that she deserves her popularity now" based on whose standard and I don't think all those companies that hires her to endorse their products are stupid to hire someone that's unpopular and can't help them make any sales/profit..

 

I believe that there's time for everything.. There will come a time where people can really see Seol for who she really is.. not what others expect or make her to be.. And for those who stubbornly refuse to.. well.. as I can't expect everyone to agree with me, we can't expect everyone to agree with us, to like what we like, to think like we think.. Even a word "nothing" has different meaning for different people..

 

In the end only those who really love you for who you really are are the ones that stay and embrace you.. and that's good.. why waste our time for those who dislike and hurt us while we can use all our precious seconds to share with those who love us.. ^^

 

Seol's been very mature and gracious with all the hate that's been thrown at her.. as far as I can see, she responded with love towards Elvis-those who really love and embrace the uniquely beautiful Seolhyun.. so I'll follow her lead.. in prayer that others can do the same.. ^^

Im not sure how its gonna be, if the discussion only done by all Seolhyun's fans, but if haters come to that thread, yes maybe it will be messy.

My real intention as a whole, is kinda different actually. But maybe theres some rant as a part of it
