I'm glad the Seolhyun article has been exposed as the fraud it is.  If anyone wants to know how to get on DC gallery or bypass the non-korean IP blocks some fansites have done, I'll put up a post if you like.  It would be hard to do it all via messages, I would rather everyone have the info so we can all be on the same page, at all times.  I'm here for all Elvis, no matter who you bias, even if you only like 1 song to all the members.

An easy solution that anyone can use to bypass SK IP restrictions for fansites is SoftEther VPN. 

https://www.softether.org/

 

It's a project from the University of Tsukuba, in Japan.  It's open source, and has the useful ability of being free, as well as having endpoints in multiple countries, all of which are SoftEther users using their PC's as endpoints for you.  You can even volunteer your pc to be used as an endpoint (I'm thinking of setting up a dedicated box for this).

 

You'll have to do some very minor configuration, but once you have a Virtual Network Adapter up, it's cake from there.  

After you have it installed and open up the software, you'll see this:

Select from the list that pops up, and it will inform you of the connection status, and that you are assigned an IP address. Disconnecting is also easy, just right click and select "Disconnect" and you're done.
