I would have voted for Labour simply because that's who the rest of my family votes for, I know absolutely nothing about politics lol. But I couldn't get to vote because I'm on holiday :( which sucks because it's the first general election since I've been old enough to vote and now I have to wait another 5 years or whatever until there's another one. I'll be 24 by then! O_O

Who are the SMP? I think you meant SNP

I voted Green, mainly cause my seat is a safe Labour one, so I could pretty much vote for whoever I wanted. Otherwise I'd have voted Labour :)

Most of the people I know voted for Labour. They even came to my door asking who we voted for  its a bit too late now.

I didn't vote for them, because Ed Miliband doesn't impress me and the policies were just alright. Television debate... he just doesn't appear like a leader to me, his brother is actually better.

Ah that's a shame, but at least you won't feel bad if anyone of these fools get elected.

Realistically it is between Labour and Conservatives...

Last time I voted Lib Dems and I regretted it so much so never again.

Eh fuck all them tbh.

I voted labour not because I wanted to, just because they seem like the less cuntish out of the big 3. The previous labour government was actually pretty good IMO (apart from Iraq war and the banking shit but that happened everywhere).

Labour, strategic voting and they are the lesser evil of the two. I don't want to believe the Exit polls, especially when its a sample of 22,000 voters.

Disgusted by UKIP's gains. Absolutely atrocious.

Anyone watching the votes coming in? http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/live/bbcone

My constituency is supposed to be in at 5AM. It is expected we are gonna be Labour.

The UKIP gains show everything that is wrong with politics.

I voted Labour and live in a Labour stronghold mainly because I knew the Lib Dems (who I would have voted for otherwise) would be taking the fall for the Conservatives (and they sure as hell did!).

The results were so disappointing though, it came to a point where I'd hoped that UKIP would actually get a few seats to prevent the Conservative majority.
