Did you guys read the recent article about how his ex has filed a lawsuit on 100 netizens and now she filed another lawsuit on him demanding 1.4 million USD because she was feeling physically and emotionally stressed she is going through in the middle of her pregnancy~~~ His gf is no joke either, she is as crazy as him...i pity the child who's dad is a woman-beater and his mom is money and attention crazy

Cyber defamation is illegal in Korea in case you didn't know so she's just getting the legal rights she deserves as a citizen of Korea. K netz said the worst shit about her. Good. Why don't you want her to have justice as an average citizen of Korea? Celebrities aren't the only ones who can sue for cyber defamation you know.  And I'm glad she's filing against him too. He's a dick and the least he should get is lawsuit after lawsuit if Korean law won't bring about something else for him beating up another person like he did. I wonder how you'd behave after someone beat the living shit out of you where your ribs were broken and you were in the hospital. Maybe you'd be "crazy" too.

That's the most rational thing she's done so far. She shouldn't have left him off the first time and considering how his camp tried to smear and manipulate her in the media she well deserves the money, not to mention he has plenty to spare and it'll go to his baby anyway. Suing his crazy fans is no-brainer either. Not only were they very shitty to her when she was the most vulnerable but it's kind of a preventive action since they seemed to be systematically going for her (there were even droves of them incoming here as 'new users' when the anti-campaign was going on, clinging to any thread they could even imagine was a straw).

 

It's silly to draw equivalents. She's just fighting back (finally), something that people were wondering why she wasn't doing before and good for her. It should at least make his crazy followers to back off her privacy.

That's my thinking too. Before she got pregnant and the Jeju trip it seemed like she was duped by his sweet talking. He's very good at it. You can see that in WGM season 1 heh. And then after things happened with her she told in a more later interview she found another woman's shit at his house and they had went to a trip to Jeju. I remember the media telling about him going on a trip with another woman shortly before that interview with her happened. She told how she was really upset and threw the other woman's shit out of his house that she left lol. So, I figure after that is when she realized it all and she made the decision to be civil and let him be there for the baby but that's it. That's why he's going to the ob appointments. Not for her but because she's being nice in that regard and she said she wouldn't block him from the kid but that's it. K netz were damn cruel who defended him and said all sorts of nasty things and cyber defamation is illegal in Korea. I'm glad she's going after him too.  Maybe the army will do some good for him and being around people who don't kiss his ass or aren't paid to.
