You know what guys? The more I think about it, the more that I think it would be fine either way (if Tzuyu makes it into Twice now or for the next GG). In fact, a part of me wants her to be in the next GG, because looking at the younger members (Somi, Natty, Chaeryoung, Dahyun/Chaeyoung, Eunsuh, Jiwon etc) - they have so much potential to become even bigger/better. Most of them haven't been training as long, but they are already giving their unnies a run for the money. Most of them are very talented (for their age) - not to mention spunky and fresh. Even though the impatient side of me wants Tzuyu to debut soon, the other part of me is also willing to wait because I feel the next GG will possibly be even more awesome.

 

Either way, I'm proud of Tzuyu and looking forward to seeing how it will pan out for the last few episodes.

Wow, seems like Tzuyu's family has a good background. She seems so elegant and classy, so I wouldn't be surprised if she had a good upbringing. I want to see Tzuyu's other family members too.

Some people live in Tzuyu's hometown Tanian,Taiwan say that tzuyu's brother is at least 10 years older than Tzuyu. And her mom is 50 years old now . It's hard to believe

Anyway, her parents are like CEOs of a beauty/cosmetic surgery clinic... and last year, Tzuyu's mum was in Korea for a research stint.

^ She's a high profile trainee now. If she doesn't make it into TWICE, JYP would be crazy to let her go. I'd imagine they would go to great lengths to keep her at the company. There hasn't been so much hype/talk about a trainee for a while now. I'm sure other companies have been keeping tabs of SIXTEEN and would be more than happy to poach her if she decides to leave.

I wish Tzuyu got more singing parts, instead of just talk-rapping. Her parts reminded me of Yoona's parts in IGAB. Tzuyu is a capable singer, as she has shown us in her previous group performances. It frustrates me that she was relegated to talk-rapping, just because she is a visual - it kind of disregards/dismisses her full potential/abilities. Anyway, girl slayed the performance regardless, along with her other team mates.

 

I really enjoyed their song and performance. Can't wait until it gets uploaded to YT so I can rewatch again.

Regardless of what happens tonight, I'm proud of Tzuyu and all that she's achieved so far. 

It's amazing to think that she just turned 16 and has only between training for 2 years (or a little less than that), but she's competing well with other trainees that have been training for more years and is considered a hot favorite. 

I hope all this media attention means what we are all hoping for.

Really proud and happy for Tzuyu. I'm not too crazy about the group size tbh, but whatever, I guess I'll live with it. 

During the Minor performance, my computer lagged, so didn't get to see it fully. I'm waiting for it to be uploaded to YT....

Malicious C-nets need to leave Tzuyu alone - girl has only just turned 16 and it seems pretty apparent that she is natural, they should stop being so cruel by spreading these unfounded rumors. I'm also concerned that some relentless Chinese media/industry peeps will harass Tzuyu about cross-straits relationship to drive their agenda - I hope if/when the time comes Tzuyu will give them a 'I'm a performer/entertainer and not here to talk about politics' or simply tell them to fuck off, but I know our bb is too polite and well-mannered to ever do that. I'm not going to pretend I'm not worried for her, because I totally see some asshole attempting this. :(

true but so far I am seeing few minority doing that.. Is not a big of a deal for now but still we have to protect our baby from harm at all cause.

From what I've seen on Chinese SNS, most seem supportive/nice. But then you get those handful of people that are warning Tzuyu that she needs to acknowledge that she is Chinese and not Taiwanese - I wish they would just stop it and just enjoy TWICE.
