It's not that I'm ashamed, but I just let myself relax like that only when I'm by myself + I always start crying harder when people console me. I've done my fair share of crying in front of other people, or even in public though... you gotta let it out if it gets that bad. For movies though, I cry at every single thing basically, so I try to hide it, because it's embarrassing how many times I can cry during one movie.
