Jessica was considered a visual - if you look at those girl group polls they do Jessica always came out behind Yoona & Taeyeon.

 

For Gayoon, they always say her PS turned out well and she's gotten prettier but she still isn't considered a visually appealing face as in she's pretty but not pretty enough to get attention for her looks

Never thought about that but the Jessica comparison is pretty spot on (Plus she was a SM trainee before). All of 4Minute is pretty interested in fashion I would say but she actually wants to do it as a side career maybe because her brother is actually a designer.

 

While I wouldn't mind a Gayoon solo, lets me honest, I don't know if she'd get that much attention. I wouldn't mind another 2Yoon comeback though. It'd be good to have her on a show like Masked Singer. I think she has a unique vocal color that be hard for the judges to recognize.
