There could be various reasons for them not to post full footage, including the fansite wanting to save the full footage for a future dvd. If you are saying that Taeyeon is halfassing it... she certainly isn't. She's dancing energetically to this entire song. I'm ready FP...hit me with your next DVD!! ??
