J-Pop fan hoping to branch out

Hi! I'm Bill.

 

I'm 16, and I'm from the United States. As a big fan of J-Pop I've decided to learn a bit about K-Pop, and I have found that the best way to do this is to get to know its fans, and here I am.

 

I have been a forum stan since March of last year, and I have found that it is very fun; however, the forum I use has very few foreign music fans so I decided to come over here where my current little obsession is more accommodated. 

 

I'm really open to listen to any K-Pop; I know literally almost nothing about it so recommendations would be highly appreciated. I hope to become a very active member of this forum, it seems like a nice place with great users and I hope my time here will be long and enjoyable.

SNSD had some great japanese songs as well, from there you can go into their korean ones.

You should try Davichi, Brown Eyed Girls and 15& out then imo. Maybe GOD (short for groove overdose) for male acts, or 2 AM.

Start off by listening to groups like SNSD and 2NE1 to get you more interested then transition into groups that are more your style i feel like that's what everyone who wants to get into kpop should do
