I've just rewatched all of Boyfriend's Weekly Idol episodes and they are hilarious. Hope they'll get a new reality show asap, maybe a chinese one(?) Lol yes. They really are. LOLS I loved Minwoo dancing to Apink. I was smiling like an idiot and wanted to hit him for being so cute lol. Donghyun is 27 this year, 26 internationally. And yes remember when they showed their home during "Obsession" and they had skin care stuff. Donghyun was like: this is the holy grail lol. His age has been mentioned alot and it's most likely because he has such a HUGE gap from even Hyunseong (He's 22 right?amiright?). Most groups have ladder ages (ex. 17,18,19,20) right? He's probably very youthful cause he's surrounded by younger guys all the time and he's also very vigilant in skin care. He wants to keep up with his younger groupmates lol Yes, being around younger people can certainly help and he definitely looks younger with less weight on him too and his skin care up keep and makeup lol. Oh and I love that pink beanie on Youngmin. I want it. I love this with Donghyun. He so gets into it. Although, I kept holding my breath hoping his phone wouldn't fall out of his pocket lol. I was like omg. He's getting to be a grandpa! ;) Lol yes he seems to really enjoy it which is nice because a lot of times idol guys are like ugh no way but Donghyun is a good sport. I heard ballads are extremely popular over there, they could promote Alarm, White out or Lost Memory! Yes, they're supposed to. Starship announced it a while back for Boyfriend and Sistar. Sistar did their online concert and it went very, very well (someone made a thread about it in the celeb section I believe). I agree doing an OST would be a huge thing for them since K drama's are VERY popular in Korea. Kpop really isn't yet which is why everyone and their Mama are going to China right now before the wave happens. I'm definitely of the thought that China is the new frontier of Kpop and a wave will happen there. It's starting to build now. Japan is still important but they're kind of getting away and getting back into their own pop culture with a campaign called "Japan Cool." So, I think it's smart of Starship to go there now. It's already paying off. Congrats to the award!! From what I remember someone saying that this is some big network right? So, that's really great for Boyfriend and their future in China. It's still fine and all but they're kinda getting away which is why China is the new market it seems now. Just look up "Japan Cool" to see more about it. And Donghyun is only 27 (Korea). So he's not that old. I'm older then him by a few yrs lol. But for an idol he's getting up there with the SJ members who are in their early 30's now lol. LittlePinky82 1,303 Posted April 13, 2015 Share Posted April 13, 2015 yeap LOLS that interview was hilarious. everyone was denying that they had done the stuff like staying out late at night as the other members would claim. but then some like jeongmin would get away with it because according to the lie detector, he was telling the truth ;PP is that lie detector thing legit though? true, donghyun probably has a few years before he has to do his mandatory military service, compared to the other members of the group. ohmygoodness that clip was really endearing and touching youngmin is such a good hyung~ Lol no it's like a magic 8 ball basically. It's a kids toy game. Even real lie detectors aren't legit. Here in the US, at least, they aren't and you can't use them in Court. People can easily get around it. I know one member talked about that and being able to fool it lol I can't remember who. But yeah it's a kids game and at the end Donghyun and Jeongmin were like: this is just a game don't misunderstand us lol. It was funny with Donghyun he was like: now thanks to this game I'm going to have to get married. Come to my marriage ceremony everyone! Lol. It seems so it was a Chinese cooking show because the updates first came from weibo ... i don't have much idea how much they have sold .. i will update it if such info comes ... it indicates that their Japanese fanbase is still going strong .. Didn't they do some type of cooking show with Vietnam too? I remember them recording something right before their comeback that was a cooking show. I hope we get to see this soon! I thought it was something with Vietnam but maybe it was this? I have no idea I just remember them doing some cooking show before their comeback. Aw, I'm so glad to see their Japanese fan base is still strong. It's exciting times for Boyfriend. I agree. All Janus sidetracks are arguably the best from Starship's artists on par with Hyorin's Love&Hate, yet people are too blinded to appreciate their music... I agree. They have such great tracks since the 'Boyfriend' era. People still think of them as that and they haven't been that in so long. The "Janus" and "I Yah" eras and onward have been so good. I loved the new track from Jeongmin. It sounded so good with what little we heard. I'm happy to see them working on stuff. It'd be so great if their next title track is from Jeongmin and Donghyun. Minwoo is cute going home aw. I'm glad he got to spend time with family. You know what's good on your toast Minwoo? I love butter and a bit of jam and mix it together. So good omg. Definitely Minwoo and the twins are close. Remember the show where Minwoo knew the twins as kids and the twins didn't know themselves? They have the same circle of friends even lol. But yeah it seems like Donghyun is close to everyone now days but just different ways. I would figure after being together, as long as they have, they've gotten more comfortable and it's not just a working relationship but also friendly. It is interesting to me how into the hierarchy stuff they always are lol. I've seen lots of groups over the yrs who are more relaxed with it when they aren't working, but with Boyfriend even when they aren't working they're so into their proper roles.
