1. [+182, -6] SM is becoming the national fool of China

2. [+122, -3] All of the Chinese members are going to leave EXO at this rate

3. [+110, -4] Well, to all of the fans who said they still believed in Tao after his dad's post ã…‹ã…‹ Here's another betrayal for you ã…‹ã…‹

Article: Should SM hold Tao back or not?

Source: Sports Chosun via Nate

1. [+166, -4] Why is SM not able to handle these four Chinese members and is dragging the issue out like this. So frustrating as a fan.

2. [+157, -4] What is there to hold... throw him out if he wants to leave. But SM seems to have a problem... how many Chinese members have left already? It can't be a coincidence that all of the members who have problems happen to be Chinese. Poor fans... they have a huge fandom, don't they?

3. [+117, -5] What makes me throw up about all of this is that every time the Chinese members leave, they act like Korea overworked them so hard that they all got diseased and stuff... but we all know they're leaving because they're blind with greed.

Article: Xiumin deletes SNS account... influence of Tao's rumors?

Source: TV Report via Nate

1. [+217, -44] If you take apart EXO member by member, they have tons of members uglier than non-celebrities with no talent whatsoever. The majority of them lucked out on their agency. They should know they got lucky and just listen and do what they're told.

2. [+176, -6] The team atmosphere must be shit right now

3. [+42, -3] ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ You can media play all you want that they're not leaving but it all ends up being true anyway ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ Traitor group!

edit: from nb comment:

“Did you already know about EXO Tao’s withdrawal from the group?†Huang Xiaoming replied, “Actually, I saw an article about it before and asked Tao whether it was true. Tao told me it was false. However, today, Tao told me, ‘I may be making a statement tonight’ and told me to know that.â€

I agree with them. SM seriously dropped the ball. They should have kicked out WYF the first time he left, and they should have terminated the other two's contracts after Luhan left. Is that fair? No, but what they are doing is also not fair. Like they said, they worked happily with the injuries in Korea, and now they're famous, health is suddenly important, but not so important that they won't do what they need to do to become a top star in China.

I don't see how anyone can believe a word Tao or his father says at this point. They are full of contradictions. But there is one thing you can believe: he will be doing things in China. It happened with the others, all this whining about health issues, and look at them now. #ChineseSmogDoesABodyGood

Chinese actor Huang Xiaoming opened up about the rumors that Tao will be leaving EXO.

During a press conference for the movie “My Sunshine†on April 22, Huang Xiaoming revealed, “Tao told me that he will be putting out a statement tonight.â€

It was relayed that he said this when there was a technical difficulty that resulted in a delay in the movie being played, during which time the actor came down from the stage and spoke with the media.

When asked, “Did you already know about EXO Tao’s withdrawal from the group?†Huang Xiaoming replied, “Actually, I saw an article about it before and asked Tao whether it was true. Tao told me it was false. However, today, Tao told me, ‘I may be making a statement tonight’ and told me to know that.â€

Also, when asked whether he knew about Tao’s recent conditions, he said, “He’s probably getting treatment in Qingdao.â€

Huang Xiaoming and Tao are both from Qingdao, and are known to be close. Tao even made a cameo in the Chinese film “My Sunshine†with Huang Xiaoming’s recommendation.

Meanwhile, Tao’s father posted a letter on Weibo on April 22, asking for Tao’s withdrawal from EXO. At that, SM Entertainment responded, “We are seeking a constructive direction with Tao’s side. We were recently in the process of meeting with Tao and Tao’s father in China about various activities, so we think it is unfortunate for a letter like this to be posted. Nevertheless, we will continue to meet with Tao’s father about finding a constructive direction.â€
