No - it is directed by Yamazaki Takashi though (the guy who directed Eien no Zero, Stand By Me: Doraemon, and such), so it does have that cinematic feel to it. Is this tied into something? It's nice. He's a personal friend of the band and has been for... close to a decade now; he even requested that they do the themes for the Parasyte movies. He's also directed "Namida no Furusato" and "Parade" for them, yeah. The former looks a lot more like the movies that made Yamazaki famous (The "Sunset on Third Street" trilogy).
