I was just watching this video and someone made a comment about how maybe jungkooks obvious change of behaviour towards jimiiin may just be fan service. I never really thought about it until now, but is it for fan service or just kookie learning how to express himself now that he's a bit older.???

Personally I believe that it's just Jungkook becoming more mature and comfortable in front of cameras. Similar to how he suddenly became really crazy and outgoing during I Need U era. The members have stated that kookie has not change, he's always been like this in the dorms. We have to remember that kookie was really young and going through puberty at debut, he probably felt awkward doing brotherly skinship and etc. in public. But now that BTS have been in the industry for some time, as a fan it's nice to see kookie open up more. Besides imo kookie doesn't really do fanservice type stuff with Jimin. If you think about it, most of the stuff that is considered "jikook moments" from kookie side is mostly the camera/fancams catching him staring or smiling at Jimin, or just being himself around Jimin. And kookie have stated that he likes jimin and he has voted him as his favorite among BTS before, and that he is closer to Jimin then his real older brother. Both of them are from Busan and the fact Jimin is older, I think Kookie has this natural brotherly attraction to him since the beginning. 

 

However Kookie has also become bold at some of his skinship also recently, such as grabbing jimin ass or holding his waist, but honestly I think that's his hormones and jimin is sexy af, so yea lol...But I do think during concerts and fanmeetings that Jimin does do fanservice, he knows what fans like. And kookie is just one of his victim lol.
