ZE:A made a major pledge in a support for Korean World Cup team.

 

On June 13th, ZE:A appeared on KBS 2TV ‘Music Bank’, and performed their latest title track, ‘Breathe’.

 

'Music Bank' got back on air after 9 weeks of break, and this week's broadcast featured '2014 Brazil World Cup Special'. On the show, ZE:A members showed great interests for the World Cup.

 

ZE:A members said, “We watched Brazil and Croatia’s match this morning. All of us will start getting more and more tired from now on.â€

 

Tae Heon said, “Korean World Cup team’s first match will take place on my birthday. We will have a huge party if Korean team wins the game, but we will just pass it quietly if they lose.â€

 

As the MCs asked ZE:A members to make a pledge in supports for Korean soccer team, they said, “If Korean team makes it to the top 16, we will release a song that was not included in our new album.â€

 

They went on, “If Korean team makes it to the top 4, then, we will head to Brazil to cheer for them. We will also hold a performance in Brazil.â€

 

Meanwhile, ZE:A released a new mini-album called ‘First Homme’ on June 2nd. (x)

Minwoo isn't going to get famous on variety and I wish they'd stop trying. Like jonqhwans said, he does not have any appeal as an individual performer. As a dancer his talent only makes sense in the context of the group.

Stuff's been building up for a while now. I think he fired the first shot on ZE:A's day with this speech:

 

 

Our ZE:A… Mmm… Kwanghee, Hyungsik, Dongjun, Siwan, they’re really popular… ZE:A isn’t just 4 members… It was hard gathering all 9 of us together and it has been about 8 years since we’ve practiced together. To be honest, everyone, please don’t hate on SE. SE which has caused hardship for our members… WE want to buy it and form a new company under the name “ZE:Aâ€. If it’s weird and won’t work out, I’ll just buy over our boss now can I? In that way, everyone can listen to the (our) music which you guys love. But there’s something which you guys have to do: protect us in order for us to continue in the future. You guys know what I mean, right? It’s achievable, right? Also, please don’t hate on SE too much.

To be honest I myself have hated SE… (Fans giggling) Yeah, I’ve hated SE, but we talked thing out. They’re people who help us and not ones who bring us pain. So, I’ve talked to the boss a lot. Also… What kind of idol stands up here and grabs the mic and says that he hates his own company now, who does that? There isn’t right? It needs a person with confidence now why? We have our remaining 8 members and our fans are powerful and tough, no? The people here, even if there’s only one person who meets my eye (makes eye contact with me), I’ll continue singing (for that person). Now everyone, you can’t hate on SE ok? If you guys fight with SE, we can’t sing. You know what I mean right? I won’t say thing again in the future and from now, I’ll show my crazy side on stage.

 

 

He seemed to lose his temper on twitter last week. He was upset about Taeheon being in hospital. They had to leave him in Korea because they had schedules in Japan. It's seems that he was replying to a fan that criticised him - he threatened to leave the group and he told the fan to come to their show, because it would be the last time ZE:A would perform together.

 

k-fans tweeted some supportive messages to him, told him to rest etc. The performance seemed to go well and when he came back, he replied to the fan, thanking her for her apology and promised to stay as ZE:A leader.
