Netizens worry about Kwanghee after dating news of UEE and Lee Sang Yoon

 

 

Following the confirmation of UEE and Lee Sang Yoon's dating news, netizens are happy for the new couple, but also a bit worried for ZE:A's Kwanghee.

 

In June of 2015, Kwanghee first revealed his love for UEE on 'Infinity Challenge'. The two then went on a 'blind date' on the show, where Kwanghee's sincere feelings for UEE surprised many viewers. Kwanghee continued to show interest for the fellow idol star on 'Running Man' in November of 2015. He could not hide his disappointment when Yoo Jae Suk told him that he missed UEE because of his late appearance. 

 

Unfortunately, Kwanghee's crush is officially unavailable. Netizens everywhere seem sincerely worried for him, commenting, "Kwanghee is just a friend after all..", "UEE's dating news but not with Kwanghee...", "Poor guy, hope he finds his love too",  and more.

Fans Leave Encouraging Messages For Kwanghee Following News Of Uee’s Relationship - Soompi

 

Following the news of After School’s Uee’s new relationship, fans have been posting supportive messages on Kwanghee’s Instagram.

 

On May 3, Uee’s company, Pledis Entertainment, officially confirmed that she was in a relationship with actor Lee Sang Yoon. They stated that the two had started dating earlier this year.

 

As soon as the news came out, fans started writing warm and encouraging messages on Kwanghee’s personal Instagram, since he is well known for having a long-time crush on Uee.

 

Fan messages included, “Kwanghee, cheer up, don’t cry,†“Even if Uee is gone, you can still be friends,†and “Kwanghee fighting. There are lots of other girls.â€

 

Kwanghee, who has always named Uee as his ideal type, was finally able to share a cozy dinner date with her last year on MBC’s “Infinity Challenge.â€

 

At the time, Kwanghee told her, “I liked you, but since I had no confidence, I couldn’t properly confess.†To which Uee replied, “You’ve never truly said anything to me,†and “I always thought you were kidding.â€

 

“No, it was a misunderstanding,†Kwanghee replied, “I really meant it,†and piqued interest with his sincere confession.

Im Siwan Tops Most Beloved Idol-Actor Ranking On “Entertainment Weekly†- Soompi

 

During its May 14 broadcast, KBS 2TV’s “Entertainment Weekly†releases a “Best 20″ ranking for the most beloved idol-actors in Korea, and Im Siwan tops the list.

 

In fifth place is IU, who has starred in popular dramas “You’re the Best, Lee Soon Shin†and “Producer,†to name a few.

 

JYJ’s Park Yoochun, whose last work was “The Girl Who Sees Smells The Girl Who Sees Smells†lands in fourth place.

 

Uee, who recently wrapped up “Marriage Contract,†comes in third place.

 

miss A’s Suzy, who got her big break through “Dream High,†takes second place.

 

Last but not least, Im Si Wan takes the title of “Most Beloved Idol-Actor.â€

ZE:A's Siwan is Korea's most loved idol actor according to a poll revealed on 'Entertainment Relay'.

 

He competed against names that every K-pop and K-Drama lover would recognize to take the top spot! IU of 'You're the Best Lee Soon Shin' and 'Producer' came in 5th, Yoochun of 'Sungkyunkwan Scandal' came in 4th, UEE was 3rd, Suzy was 2nd, and Siwan took 1st place.

 

Siwan expressed, "Are you sure I wasn't the only option," adding, "During 'Lawyers', I started out at 132lbs (60kg) and dropped down to 110lbs (50kg). I'm filming a movie called 'One Line' right now. It's a criminal movie, and I'm studying the screenplay often and trying to get along with the other actors."

Kwanghee, Doojoon, Lee Joon, and Yonghwa steal hearts as 'Wedding Boys' on 'Infinity Challenge' - Allkpop

 

 

The 'Wedding Boys' stole hearts of married couples on 'Infinity Challenge'!

 

Three teams performed for the May 14th's episode of the 'Infinity Challenge' wedding singers special. Jung Jun Ha's team of musical actors sang Elvis Presley's "Can't Stop Falling in Love" and earned 134 votes. Park Myung Soo sang with Jang Bum Joon and earned 118 votes.

 

However, while the first two teams did great, hearts were stolen by the Wedding Boys - made up of Kwanghee, B2ST's Doojoon, CNBLUE's Yonghwa, and actor Lee Joon. The team is made up of Kwanghee's best friends, and they sang Bruno Mars' "Marry You" and Lee So Ra's "Proposal". So far, they gathered the most points with 167 votes.

ZE:A’s Dongjun Performs Thrilling Cover Of Super Junior’s “Uâ€- Soompi

ZE:A member Dongjun is turning heads with a recent cover of Super Junior’s song “Uâ€!

On May 21, Dongjun’s agency Star Empire confirmed that he would be moving on to the next round on China’s singing competition show, CCTV3’s “Avenue of Stars: Super Edition.â€

For his performance on May 20, Dongjun sang a rock version of Super Junior’s 2006 hit “U.†Star Empire stated, “Dongjun effortlessly captivated the audience with his fierce choreography and unshaking, powerful live.â€

Dongjun is the only Korean participant out of eight contestants, and yet he received a huge response from the audience. After his performance, Dongjun said, “I’m very grateful to have made fifth place. I’ll prepare to work as hard as I did to get to the next round to make first place next time.â€

A representative from CCTV praised Dongjun on his performance, stating, “From his good looks to his skill, we’ve discovered a diamond in the rough. He has shown his potential for positive development in the Chinese market.â€

Kwanghee, Jung Yong Hwa, and Lee Joon Put On Surprise Performance As The “Wedding Boys†- Soompi

 

On this week’s episode of “Infinite Challenge,†the Wedding Boys successfully put on their surprise wedding performance. The Wedding Boys consists of “Infinite Challenge†member Kwanghee, CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa, and former MBLAQ member Lee Joon.

 

This episode that aired May 21 is a continuation of the “Wedding Singers†series, where “Infinite Challenge†members prepare and perform surprise congratulatory performances at weddings that request their attendance.

 

Unfortunately, BEAST member Yoon Doo Joon, who was originally part of the Wedding Boys, was not able to make the performance due to his schedule. Kwanghee, Jung Yong Hwa, and Lee Joon met with the performance requesters, who were high school students preparing their own performance for their teacher’s wedding, and practiced their surprise performance together. The Wedding Boys wore outfits that resembled school uniforms in preparation.

 

On the day of the wedding, after the students’ sang their own congratulatory song, the Wedding Boys made their surprise appearance, visibly surprising the groom, bride, and wedding guests.

ZE:A's leader Junyoung to release a surprise solo album!

 

 

 

Following the single projects of fellow ZE:A members Kevin, Heecheol, and Dongjun, leader Junyoung has also announced plans for a surprise solo album! 

 

Star Empire has confirmed that Junyoung will be releasing a digital single album with intro song "Birth", title track "Too Late", and "For My Lady (Ft. ENAN)" this coming May 28! The album is also said to be the work of producing team SUPERMARKET, which Junyoung is a member of. 

 

About his upcoming release, Junyoung relayed, "Because it's an album I put my all into, I wanted to get as many people as possible to hear it. I'm so glad that a great opportunity like this has found me. I think a lot of people will be surprised since this single album is a much different genre that I'm trying out." 

 

We can't wait to hear Junyoung's solo work!

ZE:A's Siwan to join INFINITE's L in upcoming Chinese drama 'Black Cat'! - Allkpop

 

Upcoming Chinese drama 'Black Cat' is definitely a must-watch because not only will it be starring INFINITE's L, but also ZE:A's Siwan!

 

Previously, L was confirmed to play the role of a top star named Ho Yeon, and on June 4, it was announced that Siwan is joining 'Black Cat' to play the male lead! So far, not much information has been revealed regarding the characters and story line of the drama. However, excitement is already skyrocketing as two of the best idol actors have confirmed to join.

 

'Black Cat' is definitely going to be worth watching with L and Siwan!

ZE:A′s Park Hyung Sik has been featured on the cover of Chinese K-Lifestyle Magazine.

 

Park Hyung Sik′s agency, Star Empire Entertainment, revealed images from the star′s photo spread with Chinese K-Lifestyle Magazine.

 

 

In the revealed photos, Park Hyung Sik captures the heart of many female fans with his simple look.

 

Park Hyung Sik debuted in 2010 with his group ZE:A and received love for his role as the ′baby soldier′ in Real Men. He went on to showing his acting abilities through his roles in dramas The Heirs, High Society and more.

 

During the interview after the shoot, Park Hyung Sik stated, "I am currently focusing on filming for drama ′Hwarang′ and I will be playing the role of Sammaekjong."

Kwanghee’s Totally Innocent Drawing Has “Infinite Challenge†Cast Rolling On The Floor - Soompi

 

 

On the June 11 episode of MBC’s “Infinite Challenge,†the cast members teamed up in pairs with webtoon writers for a pictionary-type quiz game, where one member draws clues on a pad of paper for his partner to try and guess.

 

Kwanghee, teamed up with graphic novelist Yoon Tae Ho, most famous for his works “Moss†and “Incomplete Life,†had to draw various sports for Yoon Tae Ho to guess.

 

Several sports were drawn and guessed without incident, but when the clue “wrestling†came up, the entire cast and crew cracked up with Kwanghee’s rushed illustration.

 

 

Kwanghee, in a hurry with the clock winding down, said, “What? It’s right!†and Yoon Tae Ho, still laughing, said the correct answer for Kwanghee. Clearly, wrestling.

 

Already started on drawing the next clue, Kwanghee ends up speeding through several clues, to the dismay of the rest of the cast.

ZE:A’s Kwanghee Shares Drawings Of EXO’s Baekhyun And Suho + Their Response - Soompi

 

 

ZE:A’s Kwanghee shows how much his art skills have improved!

 

On June 25, the idol posted a photo of portraits he drew of EXO’s Suho (real name Kim Joon Myun) and Baekhyun, along with a caption that says “Joon Myun, Byun Baek, Monster.â€

 

The drawings appear to be from performance stills of the two EXO members, complete with their makeup and intense facial expressions.

 

 

 

The photo also includes the reactions and compliments he received from Suho and Baekhyun when he supposedly showed them the drawings over text message.

 

Suho replies, “You drew [me] well, even the eyeliner detail is on point haha,†while Baekhyun says, “hahahahaha Wow hahaha. Hyung, you drew [me] really well! [i saw how] on ‘Infinite Challenge,’ you really know how to capture the main features!â€

 

The three idols are known for their close friendship that started when they were regular MCs together on SBS’s “Inkigayo†back in 2014.

 

Kwanghee also previously shared drawings of himself with BIGBANG’s G-Dragon and Taeyang, as well as of his friends MBLAQ’s Lee Joon, CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa, and BEAST’s Yoon Doojoon.

 

 

 

Meanwhile, Kwanghee and the rest of the “Infinite Challenge†cast members are currently learning how to draw webtoons on the popular variety show.

ZE:A's Kwanghee refuses to leave early on 'Infinity Challenge'

 

 

ZE:A's Kwanghee refused to leave filming early on the June 25 installment of 'Infinity Challenge'.

The cast members were given the chance to leave if they lucked out on a wheel of fortune with the options of home, MT, or super market. Kwanghee expressed, "I haven't done much this filming, so I feel iffy about going home," rejecting the idea. HaHa then joked, "Are you going to go home without being funny again?"

In the end, Kwanghee landed on home, and he complained, "I have no luck. I guess I'm not going to appear on the show this week."
