ZE:A's Kevin has finally joined Instagram!

 

Kevin announced the start of his Instagram on June 12, "Instagram start! ke," and celebrated with a photo spree of adorable childhood photos of him and his younger sister Michelle. Pictures say a thousand words, and Kevin's snapshots say he's not only handsome on the outside but on the inside as well with his love for his family.

ZE:A made a major pledge in a support for Korean World Cup team.

 

On June 13th, ZE:A appeared on KBS 2TV ‘Music Bank’, and performed their latest title track, ‘Breathe’.

 

'Music Bank' got back on air after 9 weeks of break, and this week's broadcast featured '2014 Brazil World Cup Special'. On the show, ZE:A members showed great interests for the World Cup.

 

ZE:A members said, “We watched Brazil and Croatia’s match this morning. All of us will start getting more and more tired from now on.â€

 

Tae Heon said, “Korean World Cup team’s first match will take place on my birthday. We will have a huge party if Korean team wins the game, but we will just pass it quietly if they lose.â€

 

As the MCs asked ZE:A members to make a pledge in supports for Korean soccer team, they said, “If Korean team makes it to the top 16, we will release a song that was not included in our new album.â€

 

They went on, “If Korean team makes it to the top 4, then, we will head to Brazil to cheer for them. We will also hold a performance in Brazil.â€

 

Meanwhile, ZE:A released a new mini-album called ‘First Homme’ on June 2nd. (x)

Minwoo is looking good. In their Hello Counselor, I actually think that he looked the best among the four of them (Kwanghee, Dongjun, Hyungsik and him). It seems like 2014 is Project Make Minwoo Popular

i'm praying for it tbh ;~;

 

although if that's going to be the case, i honestly don't know what Minwoo would be known for. he doesn't have the variety game like Kwanghee, not a great athlete (and casual actor) like Dongjun, and not rising actors like Hyungsik and Siwan. he's a great dancer, and i can see that Kwanghee's been pushing him a lot more, but i'm just not sure where he would go.

 

on the other hand, it would be nice to see Kevin or Junyoung have their turn this year. i do feel like Junyoung could've become popular much earlier, but the fact that he gets injured easily is not helping out. he's such a good leader though, and i really want to see him more on shows. Kevin is ZE:A's best vocalist in fact, and if Star Empire is willing to let him appear on singing shows more often, i can see his individual popularity start to boom.

 

Heechul and Taehun, i don't even think SE wants to try with them. Taehun is honestly really nice and caring to fans but he doesn't have anything really special that could make him stand out, so i could see why SE doesn't seem to be as willing to promote him. but Heechul, freaking Heechul has a personality that's made for variety, so it's a shame that until now, he's still not quite popular

 

oh well my wish is just that i want them to be successful and finally get a music win show (lbr i just want to see them cry like babies)

Minwoo isn't going to get famous on variety and I wish they'd stop trying. Like jonqhwans said, he does not have any appeal as an individual performer. As a dancer his talent only makes sense in the context of the group.
 
ze:a will die soon if they keep this up. They'll end up like Jewelry.

Just stopped by because...as a vocal enthusiast I been catchin on to Kevin's singing voice for quite some time now. 

 

The issue is that ZE:A's songs do him no justice really, his English covers on Hot Beat are where you really hear just how well he can sing. And brotha can sang. He needs more shine.

In general I quite enjoyed ZE:A's last couple title songs. Loved Ghost of the Wind, loved Like a Phoenix, love Breathe.
