I guess Im starting to understand the meaning of the story little by little, because of the lyrics of the ost. Its really a deep and meaningful song
http://ilyricsbuzz.com/2015/04/tiger-jk-jinshil-reset-lyrics-who-are-you-school-2015-ost.html

Well, if a teenager experienced bullying, at some point she will have some kind of wish in her mind, she want to reset her life and experience something different from her current life.

Maybe thats what will happen to Eunbi. So, I guess, maybe later she will experience some kind of amnesia? (not sure tho). And then she will take over Eunbyul's life. Maybe thats the main point of this drama. But if this is true, I really wonder what happened to Eunbyul.

So far, I really love this drama :chu:

just finished watching ep 2 raw because curiousity kills me, lol

Seems like what I guessed was true. Welcome to Eunbyul's life, Eunbi. But now Im really curious what happened to Eunbyul. Theres a huge mystery here

Sungjae's first appearance was great, lol. Seems like hes a chaebol, but troublemaker

The previous drama had ridiculous ratings and a lot of viewers are already invested in other shows, so it will not be easy for "School" to recover.  Plus, "Angry Mom," which is also a school drama, dealt with bullying too, so people are probably wondering why they would give "School" a try.  It's also directly going against "Hwajung" with Chajumma in it; that's a formidable rival.  The ratings went up during the 2nd episode though, so it's not a lost cause.  That much of an increase is hard nowadays, too.

As far as I know, there will be 3 school dramas in total until the middle of 2015. Somehow I wonder why korean network like to release dramas with quite similar theme at almost the same time. Also, seems like korean viewers dont really like KBS for dramas. Some of them already have a mindset like "KBS Drama wont be good" etc. But so far I like KBS dramas more than dramas from other network.

Anyway, even tho its low, I also think its good that the rating went up during 2nd episode. I hope it could reach 5% or more next week

i haven't seen the episodes yet

just want to know if Yooyoung is good on this?

Theres only one scene with her in ep 2, I think its quite good.

This drama is promising so far. It's been so interesting and there are a lot of mystery to unravel. I'm gonna keep my speculations later when there are more are revealed since there's way too many possible speculations right now.

I love the OST, it fits the vibe of the drama. I'm getting Auditory Hallucination vibe (Kill Me Heal Me OST) from this song.

Yea Im getting Auditory Hallucination vibe from the OST too. But for 'Reset', somehow I like the rock version more, the one we heard in the episodes.

Did they release that version?

I didn't even know there's the rock ver, I didn't notice it. Idk if it's released or not.

You must have heard it if you have watched the episodes, I mean, its still the same song, the only difference is, the one played in the episodes using sounds from electric guitar, bass, drums, for the music. Thats why I called it 'rock' version, haha

Is it just me who thinks the acting of Nam Joo Hyuk (Han Yi Ahn actor) is a bit lacking here? It's quite visible how much the acting skill differs in the scene when Eun Byeol and Yi Ahn had a fight during the school trip. His facial expression is lacking. It gets better as the story goes by though. I hope he'll really get better later

Sungjae's acting is better than him so far. Sungjae has been good at acting this unpredictable character Tae Kwang. I can see some layers from this character already, and Sungjae acted it out naturally.

Oh, I just realized that Nam Joo Hyuk is actually still a rookie actor. Even Sungjae has more acting experience than him, and ofcourse, hes not comparable with Kim Sohyun.

I think Nam Joo Hyuk getting a lead role too early. But I hope his acting get consistently better later. I like his acting when he was in a fight with his sunbae

I havent watch School 2013, so I wonder what kind of 'realistic' that knetizens want. And is it really better to be more realistic than the plot of School 2015 now?
Because, like I said before, a bullied teenager must have this kind of thought: "If only I have a different life". And some kind of miracle (Eunbyul dissapeared, amnesia) leads Eunbi to experience that, a complete twist in her life, without anyone knowing the truth, so far. Thats what makes this drama interesting for me.

There will be 3 school dramas in total until the middle of 2015: Angry Mom, School 2015, and Orange Marmalade, and all those 3 have something related to bullying (Orange Marmalade maybe wont show the actual scene, but it shows a depressed girl after being bullied/discriminated many times before moving to the new school, so its still related somehow).
So I guess, its important for those 3 dramas to have something different than just 'A school girl being bullied' plot. To make it different from each other.

There is so much mystery going on!

Do you guys think Eunbyeol was really an iljin?

It seems she was doing to the girl of her class the same EunBi was suffering in the other school.

So sad~

But I wonder if there are reasons behind it.

Also Eunbyeol bruise before vanishing.

I am really loving the drama.

seeing that Eunbyeol's best friend called that girl her 'wallet', it might be possible.

But I think that girl isnt 100% victim either. Seeing that her mother's necklace is in Eunbyeol's locker, seems like it was all done by that girl to make people accuse Eunbyeol

I just wondering, maybe its almost impossible to have an OST from the actors (if the actor is also an idol/singer). Happened to most recent k-dramas.

Im not sure about the reason tho

Btw I just repeated some scenes of School 2015 and I heard the rock ver of Reset that you're talking about. I like it a lot even better than the original ver. I hope the rock ver will be released soon. But if it's released it might be released only around when the drama ends when the OST album comes out, or it won't be released forever :/ The current released ver right now is only the original ver and the instrumental. Too bad because I like it a lot.

Yea I like it better than the original, too. I dont mind waiting, as long as its released xD

Confession ? xD Too early for this

lol why? Seems like Han Yi Ahn is originally Eunbyeol's bf, so its normal if he wants Eunbyeol (actually Eunbi now) to remember that he is her bf.

What Im curious is, how Eunbyeol's (Eunbi) relationship with Sungjae will develop

Imo it doesn't seem like Yi Ahn is Eun Byeol's boyfriend (if you're referring to boyfriend not bestfriend that is) based on what Eun Byeol said during the time on the deck. Eun Byeol said "We've grown up too much so we're different now" to Yi Ahn at that time - this speech doesn't seem to be what one said to her lover even if she's pissed at him or having a fight. This kind of speech is more like what one would say to a childhood friend not a boyfriend. Imo they do have mutual feelings but they haven't been there yet.

but Yi Ahn hugged Eunbi at hospital (thinking that shes Eunbyeol). Thats what made me think he is her bf, lol

If the body wasn't recognizable it gives us a new reason that it's possible for Eun Byul to be alive somewhere. But then again how did they manage to know the corpse is Eun Bi if it isn't recognizable. Maybe they identified the corpse from the belonging if that's the case? But if only that corpse is unrecognizable and it's only identified from the belonging, how on earth Eun Bi's belonging got onto the other corpse, aka how did Eun Byul encountered that other corpse?

But if only Eun Byul was really dead I find it weird as well. Eun Byul is the one who saved Eun Bi, so she must be alive at least until she admitted Eun Bi to hospital. Then if only something happened to Eun Byul after that it most probably has something to do with 'Jung Soo In' mystery, since it seems like her mystery revolves around that name. But if she's really dead because of that, why does Eun Bi keep getting that mysterious message from 'Jung Soo In'? From this I have two possibilities:

- Nothing happened to Eun Byul since the one who approached her and the one who sent those messages haven't done anything to her. Eun Byul hides for some purposes

- Eun Byul is dead because of that. But the culprit saw how 'Eun Byul' (Eun Bi) is still alive and can still go to school, so the culprit keeps sending that message to Eun Bi (the phone is Eun Byul's though). The message doesn't seem to change significantly though, so I take it as the culprit hasn't done anything to Eun Byul or hasn't tried to kill her.

I really hope Eun Byul is alive and not really dead.

well, heres a little bit of my thoughts about it:

How high is the possibility that Eunbyul still alive? I think its really low. Because like you said, the police definitely recognized the corpse as Eun Bi, who has the same face as Eunbyul.

Well, we can try to analyze every possibility from anything revealed since ep 1-4, but still couldnt find the answer. Only time will tell what exactly happened during the accident.

But the reason why I said the chance that Eunbyul still alive is very low, is because the main character here is Eun Bi. The main plot of this drama is: Eun Bi having a complete twist in her life, from the bullied into a popular girl at school. And maybe, Eunbyul's "role" in the drama is simply to make that miracle happened. Because of that, I think there wont be any sisterly scene between those two. And maybe it wont matter much if Eunbyul already died, if the main plot of this drama is exactly like what I said.

Well, even if Eunbyul really died, ofcourse, theres still a mystery here. Soo In and how Eunbyul died.

Lets talk about other things. Tae Kwang. At this time, I have to say, its getting harder for me to predict who will end up with Eun Bi. Tae Kwang or Yi Ahn. Even if Yi Ahn was originally Eunbyul's bf, Eun Bi doesnt have any sweet memories with him. And in episode 3 and 4, it seems like Eun Bi is more attracted to Tae Kwang somehow. I see more chemistry in them. So I'd say, theres still a possibility this drama will end up with Eun Bi - Tae Kwang.

And the bully girl. With Eun Bi having a lot of close friends, and also Tae Kwang and Yi Ahn on her side, that girl cant touch Eun Bi carelessly anymore, its not gonna happen again. But this girl, will be the key which make Eun Bi's identity revealed to the class. How? I dont know, lol. But Im pretty sure of it. Lets just wait for next Monday, haha

Btw, dont you want to see a 'sweet revenge'? This is the chance!

Im a little bit confused about the timeline. Eunbyul's dissapearance and Eunbi's accident happened at the same day? Or not? If not, then Eunbyul was hiding for a week?

I expect the bully character to discover Eun Bi's real identity and blackmail her...or either she will find a way to turn the class/Eun Bi's friends against her. I'm not even surprised with how Korean dramas go so easily makjang.

blackmail is possible. But I think this time it will be a little bit different from before. I can see some people will stay on Eun Bi's side even when her identity revealed. One of them is definitely Tae Kwang, lol

I just looked up kim sohyun's age and she's 15, i've heard somewhere that young actresses arent allowed to have kiss scenes?! does anyone know if this is true?

Im not surprised if its not allowed, but I've seen a scene of Kim Yoo Jung (same age as Kim Sohyun) kissing when she was like 11, so I guess its allowed. But it will be different from 'adult' kissing scene, obviously

I also feel like this drama wont be focused too much on the romance. Like japanese shounen manga/anime. Theres some pairing happening but it never focused on the romance. I dont mind to see Kim Sohyun's kissing scene tho

Imo, not just the mystery and romance, but the relationship between the students, Eun Bi and the girl who stole necklace, Eun Bi vs the bully girl, are also interesting to watch.
For me, the mystery part can become a great aspect of the drama, but it also can become a big flaw. Depends on how it executed and revealed, and what happen after the reveal. I've seen how the mystery part become a flaw for some dramas before. Hopefully it wont happen for this drama
