It is a follow-up promo. It is common among new group. Just like Red Velvet has Be Natural two months after Happiness and Sonamoo has Just Go two month after Deja Vu. The difference is CLC promote the follow up song one month after Pepe. I believe The Ark will promote the dance song one or two month after this debut. 

 

Different company has different method to promote its rookie group.

What? I love both because I prefer Joyland over Hi and Jiae's voice   Eighteen is a slow jam that reminds me of 2010 kpop tunes, not to mention I cringe when they did aegyeo moves because I know the members were dying themselves.
