I don't think he got plastic surgery, is just make-up,  bb cream. (no more bathing in the sun ...lol) 

 

His eyes and nose look the same. I see no rhynoplastie just make-up. And he lost some weight. And the picture from right is a bit photoshoped. (his jaw is edited, if you look at the other picture from his Mnet interview, is not like that)
