Does FNC really think people aren't interested in a female band? Aren't they the supposed Idol bands company? I would much prefer Jimin releases something solo or with someone from another company as a featuring artist. What about Jimin's idea of releasing something with Kisum? That had merit. And if they really need to push something else and not AOA Black there is AOA White (Chanmi, Hyejeong and Seolhyun) This particular subunit will allow Chanmi to shine as a rapper b/c even if there is a rap subunit with (Chanmi, Jimin and Mina) there is no way Jimin isn't going to get the bulk of the rapping done And subsequently outshine the other two. So far what has proven to work is Jimin featuring someone else and not necessarily an FNC artist. I don't know if creating a rap subunit right now is the best thing to do when AOA Black hasn't promoted in years and AOA White has yet to debut. I am seriously wondering if FNC even knows what AOA identity is at the moment. Either way, giving Jimin a solo makes a lot more sense with this year being the year of solos and her success on the charts.
