I know it's an unhealthy and dangerous way to deal with stress, but when you're backed into a corner sometimes your mind doesn't work in what you know is a logical fashion. There have been two separate couple week periods in my life that I'm still quite puzzled that I pulled through them, meaning I was 100% certain I won't live past them. Other than that, it hasn't really been that serious, but I used to think about it a lot all the time. But I didn't really believe that I would ever do it so I didn't get that worried.
