First Generation Girl Group S.E.S Reunites With SM Founder Lee Soo Man - Soompi

 

S.E.S proves that loyalty runs deep as the beautiful three ladies take a picture with their former boss, Lee Soo Man, the founder of SM Entertainment.

On August 10, Shoo updated her Instagram (@shoodesu) with a picture that shows her with the two other members of S.E.S at dinner with Lee Soo Man.

The accompanying caption says, “Tada~~~! The three sisters met with our father. Revealing this picture with permission from the father. Time has flown by so fast. But what I felt as I saw here was like I rode a merry-go-round and went back in time. At such a wonderful restaurant, smt. A crisp wine with delicious food that has such flagrant flavors and aromas that I can still feel. This place will become our hideout. We’re eating in our father’s name. Every dayâ€

In the picture, you can see the ageless beauty of the three members of S.E.S, a first generation girl group that has undoubtedly influenced the current environment of Korean music today.

S.E.S To Reunite For 20th Anniversary Project Backed By SM Entertainment - Soompi

One of the original K-Pop girl groups, S.E.S, will be reuniting for a music project celebrating their 20th anniversary since debut.

 

S.E.S has over the past eight years reunited every anniversary to put on fundraisers for good causes. For their 20th anniversary, SM Entertainment, the agency S.E.S debuted under, will be backing their project.

 

“SM Entertainment is preparing on the production-end for S.E.S’s music release and concert. Please look forward to it,†SM Entertainment comments.

 

Member Bada also uploaded a few days ago a video featuring herself and the other two members of S.E.S, Eugene and Shoo, at a surprise 20th anniversary party. In the video, Eugene shares, “It’s so good to see you again. I think we will be releasing an album. If you have time, please also come out to our concert.â€

S.E.S To Release Double Title Tracks + More Details On Project “Remember†- Soompi

 

 

 

 

Following news of first generation K-Pop group S.E.S’s imminent return with project “Remember,†SMTOWN has dropped a time table for their promotions.

 

The time table, which is appropriately in their fan club’s official color pearl purple, reveals that the group’s first release will be “Love [story]†through SM Entertainment’s digital music channel SM STATION.

 

Fans can also look forward to S.E.S’s own reality show “Remember – I’m Your S.E.S†starting December 5.

 

S.E.S will then host a two-day concert from December 30 to 31 followed by the release of the first of their title tracks on the first day of the New Year at midnight KST. The group’s second title track and their full album will drop on January 2 at 12 p.m. KST.

S.E.S Chooses “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook†For First Comeback Performance - Soompi

 

 

 

 

S.E.S has chosen “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook†as the setting for their first group performance in 14 years.

 

A C9 Entertainment representative stated, “The upcoming special album was created to commemorate the group’s 20th anniversary, so the members of S.E.S are more focused on preparing for their concerts more than broadcasted activities. However, S.E.S has decided to appear on ‘Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook’ because it combines musical performances with a talk show aspect.â€

 

S.E.S’s appearance will be taped on December 13 and the episode will air on December 17.

 

The group kicked off their 20th anniversary project with the release of “Love Story,†which is a remake of their old song “Love.â€

 

 

 

 

S.E.S has also filmed a reality show called “Remember, I’m Your S.E.S,†which will follow the members as they prepare to stand on stage as a group for the first time in 14 years.

 

It looks like S.E.S will end the year with a bang and start 2017 on a high note. Their concerts will be held on the last two days of December and their special album will be released on January 2.
