I am female and my female bfff did came out as lesbian [ tho she is more bisexual than lesbian].

nothing changed except the fact that she felt more comfortable showing affection to her girlfriend while next to us. I've even seen them all over each other kissing and all. 

There's nothing uncomfortable about it. If you are a friend, it doesn't matter. 

If anything, we are more open and honest to each other than before. I do miss her a hell'lot since she studies in another city T_T
