It kind of hurts me everytime someone calls him arrogant just because the ignorance they have about the person Jonghyun is. He is kind of harsh sometimes it's true, but it's because he stands for what he believes in no matter what. If you go further than the playboy look he is really a softhearted dork, he is sweet and caring towards fans when he feels they need him, he treasures his members no matter what, he is the sweetest son and brother. Kim Jonghyun is an amazing person so please before you judge him try to listen to his words and understand him.

 

Jonghyun-ssi whatever you have to say, say it! Eventhough other people don't care SHINee World cares and will listen. Don't cry alone, please~~ it hurts my heart... We're not like Selene you can reach to our extended hand! :rlytearpls:

Jonghyun is honestly such a sweetheart, he deserves all happiness in the world..Whenever I see people shading him just because they think he's too thin or ugly now I get really upset, he works so hard to achieve his dreams and that's all you have to say about him??

Because for people: Speaking your mind/ being honest/ being confident in himself = arrogant

 

 

I don't know. He has confidence so maybe they just want to mislabel him.

welp I'm actually crying.

 

I see how he would come across as arrogant especially with the kind of majority-first, image-centric culture predominant in Korea. But it wouldn't do to throw insults at someone whom you don't know much of. This should apply to everyone.
