things in the business world and contracts ARE black and white.. either you make money and survive or you don't. krishan supporters tend to forget that SM is a business not some exo fanclub who turned suddenly into haters. Probably sm doesn't even pay a lot of attention to them anymore. they paid their lawyers, told them the outcome they want and let those people do their job. it is as simple as that..

So sad. When will these boys be able to live their lives without SM hanging over them?

 

 

Well these boys were the ones who decided to enter SM, practice as a group for a few years, debut in a group, and then decided to leave it after gaining much fame.. so.. oh I don't know.... it seems like these boys have been living their lives, but seemed to have made several mistakes in their decisions  while living their lives which have led to this stage of the lawsuit.

I love people who say that, like things in this world are so black and white, it's either this or that, that other circumstances that we don't understand ourselves don't exist. Because it just makes me laugh.

 

 

Well, Kris/luhan are also viewing this situation as "black and white." For them it's to get out of sm, for SM it's to get retribution for the time, money, and resources put in to making these guys stars. 

 

Both sides view their lawsuits black and white, it's just the nature of what is black and white in this case is different for both parties, thus an inability to reach a settlement.

 

If one party didn't view this situation as black and white, a settlement would have been reached by now.

Oh well at least the next mediation is the last mediation. Just go to court and get it over with already.
