It all got that 'Ellie Goulding' sound (synth pop/indie pop) going on. MoreTokyo 1,008 Posted August 1, 2013 Share Posted August 1, 2013 Ellie Goulding doesn't have a large discography, which makes listening through both Lights and Halcyon a simple task. Would recommend listening to Under The Sheets and Salt Skin off of Light because they're amongst her strongest records and she hasn't gotten around to topping such simple but effective records. Halcyon is a much more complex and meticulous full length in comparison to her debut but it isn't as infectious or immediate. It's a much more complex and intricate piece of work especially with My Blood, Atlantis, and Anything Can Happen. Salt Skin and Under The Sheets are personal favorites.
