[Help] Sleep?

Should I not go to bed tonight? I've been tossing around for the past 3-4 hours. I've to be up in 5 hours aaand I just have 1 class and I'll be done in 9 hours. Should I just go to sleep then?

 

I used to be good with keeping normal hours, and then essay and project deadlines = me staying up to write... It's been messed up for about two weeks now. It's frustrating.

 

How do I right my sleep cycle again *crying*

The only way to fix your sleeping schedule, is to endure staying up all night, and sleeping the correct time the next day. You're going to be exhausted for the most part, but it's better than having a messed up schedule. If all else fails try taking some OTC sleeping aids to help you sleep when you want to.

I wouldn't go to sleep, that way you'll be tired tomorrow night too and fall asleep normally.

my way of get back to normal sleeping habit is not sleeping the whole day so i will sleepy at night. right now im always sleeping during the day and i tried not to sleep at day so i can sleep at night but fail lol

if you think you can concentrate later in your class you can stay awake and sleep later on that day to get your sleeping schedule back on track

Just endure it , stay awake until your classes finish and just restart your routine then sleep at the right time .

I think i'll do this; thanks y'all! :) I need to right this shit tbh. It's really frustrating.

Also I have a language course later, it should be fine cause the Prof goes slow cause some people are legit dreadful. loooooool

I will; is this like tapping? I'll try it tomorrow as even if i go to bed tonight i won't be able to catch much sleep/feel rested!

 

I remember a lot of people saying to sleep with sound effects like rain etc, but i'd get distracted/giggly at the bass etc and how artificial it sounds (shitty speakers tbh).

 

 

Tell me too, I stay awake till 5am sometimes :/

If this delayed sleep only tomorrow night thing works, i'll tell you :P Also, maybe you wanna that ASMR thing here

I wouldnt go to sleep if i were u probably. Youll fall asleep after school then! Tho my sleep pattern sucks haha. Youll just have to go bed early... But its so hard!! :(

Just stay up. Make yourself some coffee though before you go to school. I recently stayed up for almost 22 hours on Friday with having been up at 10pm on Thursday night and I used to stay up for a long time during the summer a couple years back. My sleep's been off like crazy anyway with not sleeping until 2am and then taking naps after school. It's whatever. Lol I'm on Korean time. haha
