Hmm... I liked all the references that were placed throughout each suspect but I thought that was a bit lackluster episode compared to some of the really good ones in the past. 

 

Jang Jin had the best motive amongst all of them and then the greatest connection with the victim as well. There wasn't a whole lot of evidence that could have thrown the crew off. It's like the PDs just forced that role on him for the sake of having him be the criminal. 

 

I enjoyed the twist though, haha. The assistant was cute when he slipped and held onto the detective hehe

And the editing of the show got way too obvious, when almost all the cuts was about the Director, you knew he was the criminal. Like when they found certain clues about Hani, it was just 1-5 seconds of that, and then jumped straight to something else.

 

Very predictable who was the criminal in this episode, even without them finding the murder weapon ><

 

 

 

Hopefully they will start filming a season 3, with almost the same cast, there are a few that I want to be swapped after having watched this season ^^,

The Professor is really daebak. Considering the casts' style of deductions, I think that they would have chosen Dongmin as the criminal the minute they heard that he had such a huge motive for the murder (the same thing happened with Dongmin in the Cruise 1st case). The Professor had stopped them from going in the wrong path. And I loved his style of asking question, just like how Jiyoon described. Creepy and scary as hell.

 

I think because of the edit of this episodes that makes Jang Jin so obvious. He got a lot of screen time for this ep when it shows that he found a lot of evidence and deduced the criminal. Although I was spoiled but the edit team just made it so obvious. Jang Jin acts well and did not expose anything that could be deduced as a lie. He could be a perfect criminal if the Professor wasn't there.

 

And the production team hinted that all members had a chance of suffocating the PD:

_ Hong and Jang Jin: that pink sleeping pills, Jang Jin also shuttered when the Professor asks him about strangling in the briefing part

_ Dongmin: He strangled the PD

_ Hani: the last one leaving before Jang Jin entered again and stabbed him

_ Jiyoon: that caustic soda drink

I just want Jang Jin to be the real criminal and get away with it lol. I am so thirsty for him to be the criminal lol.

 

Hope that they can make a third season soon, I want the cast remain unchanged (or they can replace Hani with other member that shows better skills than her). The cast have such good chemistry.

I don't think this was meant to be a really in-depth case and I am kind of surprised of the reaction to it. This episode was clearly meant to be a "gift" to CS fans with a lot of inside jokes that rewarded long time fans of the show with their persistent viewing and knowledge of the cast members. Normally, I would also be frustrated with how easy it was to figure out that Jang Jin was the criminal with the editing but this was, by far, the funniest episode of the season so it didn't matter.

 

Just couldn't stop laughing for most of it with all of the banter, wit, and inside humor. I couldn't breathe during the entire scene in the detective's room when everyone was just taking the piss out of each other. Also was cracking up at all of the little exaggerations of each cast member (Jang Jin as genius producer, Jiyoon as the "Queen of MCs", Jinho's constant #2 references everywhere, Dongmin's legit handiwork love looking like a serial killer obsession, the hate mail to Dong Min because of what he said to Xiumin, making fun of the Hani/Jinho loveline from a couple weeks ago, the clear mocking of Shin Dong Yup's scandal, Hani's slave contract terms, etc)  Just so fucking funny if you get everything.

 

I have a feeling that next week might be a bit more serious and we'll get some fun little investigations going into it. I dare to say this might have been my favorite ep of the season along with the infamous Jazz Park episode earlier this year

agree. after the last few episodes I was thinking, "how they will end this season?" and I'm very pleased they decided to end this season with the concept of 'he-die-with-the-other-way' + crime scene award for the last episode. I don't even think a lot if Jang jin seemed obvious as the killer or not. I'm quite satisfied with this episode, because of the presence of the real detective, every reaction of the cast when they found the evidence or when they interact with each other. i just love this show.

production team have wanted to bring pyo chang won as a guest, but guesting was postponed because he was busy, so they could guest him at last episode.

 

CP yoon said "his broadcast comprehension was excellent. actually it could be harmful for him to appear at this program as professional because he could loss much more that he could gain as games are made in virtual,but he didn't care about it at all, but did about all people. "

 

'detective' pyo chang won showed smooth charisma, and put pressure on suspects with his intuition. it is cp yoon's thought that this atmosphere is new experience to both of players and production crews. he felt his pressure with smile hit more than usual pressure.

 

even though they were afraid of his appearance in CS s2 , CP yoon said, " 5 players would have cheered up themselves, they have also very strong desire for wining  over usual desire. they seemed worried about his appearance but i think they pretended to. "

 

especially 1 on 1 match(detective's interrogation) of pyo and jang jin was great. pyo chang won called him who was most likely to be criminal, and jang jin answered against pyo's persistent question, making heavy tension. cp yoon said "jang jin also would have wanted to engage in  fight with professional. jang jin has also great skill and power inside. production team watching detective's interrogation with jang jin was interested in their match. "

 

CP yoon told "i don't want to show him just simple case. i wanted to make this episode unforgettable in his memory. i already told him the time of recording would be long. because we had prepared many things. "

production crews who have prepared CS 2 since 6 month before first episode( April 1st) completed 7 episodes out of total 12 episodes already. but it wasn't easy because schedules of recording and editing coincide, once there is something error detected in an episode, it took over 1 month to fix the error.

 

moreover season 2 required them to do more detailed works as they give it new tries such as  double murders( case 5), consecutive murder( case 6, 7). they did their best with many times of simulation.

 

CP yoon told "we have hold over-night-meeting without rest for months of air. viewers criticize when crime scene doesn't have probability in story. it is taken for granted because probability is the life to crime scene." saying " preparing props wasn't easy. we tried to make structure of set very detailed ".

 

editing is not easy, either. they should hold flow and line for episode to go smoothly. they should check thoroughly because if something was overlooked or out or logic, viewers criticized. they launch recording on thursdays after airs on wednesdays, they concentrate on editting in rest time.

 

CP yoon appreciated players as they express what production team made. he stressed that  "without their chemistry, broadcast wouldn't be directed well like this".

 

 

and CP yoon complimented players' strength.

 

CP yoon told "i predicted that Jang Jin will be most scary player, he will become as my expectation. he has great acting skill as he majored acting in university"

 

and said "Park Ji Yoon is very clever. her intuition and her ability to collect clues is excellent. especially she became queen of acting, who made characters like Park gangnam and jazz park. and she is front runner in roll playing, rest of players begun to care about their act after they saw her act. "

 

for hong jin ho, he said "he is attractive. he is like a simpleton makes mistake in diction, sometimes he argue fiercely obsessed at something strange, but he deduces lie genius, so he is comfortable in various ways " "Jang Dong min rather enjoy becoming criminal. i can feel what it is about his mention that he hasn't lost mafia games. he has a poker face which is never embarrassed  "

 

finally about hani, he told "she is confident even if she would be timid as there is gaps between her age and other players age. after being close with members she says and does what she want to say and do. she has various attractive. i like her honest behavior not trying to pretend to be beautiful. her image was sexy before crime scene 2 but i am satisfied that (viewers or others) calls her hani-hyeong  "

I assumed Jang Jin will be the criminal from the beginning (when they announced that a real detective will come to the show) because it will be most entertaining to put 'a genius director' against a renowned criminal profiler.

But heck, I just have to say how good the detective is! I agree with Park Ji Yoon's statement that he is very scary. He gives people just a hint of smile and demanded eye contact.

Hani looked really nervous in the beginning!


Anyway, figuring out the murder weapon was probably the most amazing moment! PJY did it once again. I am starting to like her very much haha.

 

 

I hope the casts stays the same too!! Especially JDM and Hani. I really like them. JDM has this criminal face lol. Idk what it is but I always suspect him in every case.

the reason that he suggest him is his image in 'we want to know it(ê·¸ê²ƒì´ ì•Œê³  싶다.*)', sbs channel. he imagine that if kim sang joong, who shows charisma by serious and critical words, acts as a suspects or detective, the power of influence will be quite strong

I'd love to see Kim Jihoon more! He was so good in S2 and has impressive variety sense. He had good rapport with the cast and almost seemed like a permanent cast member himself. In fact, I wish he can appear in more variety shows. 

 

And yes, Choi Wonmyeong is such a cutie. He seemed a little timid at first, but showed good reflex when Dongmin said he was ugly and he replied "I think I'm better looking than you"   The Crime Scene family seems like a ball of fun!

omg the reveal at the end!!! i got a shock at first but then turns out the production team surprised the cast! omg i thought it was going to be another plot twist. and i feel bad for the detective, he was the only one who didn't pick jiyoon :( the whole story of how jang jin and jiyoon did it was awesome though!! and jang dongmin was hella awesome at finding out those stuffs! he would make a good detective on his own.

 

 

 

and jinho got first woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the show definitely ended on a high note and i'm sad to see this end :( omg at the surprise at the end of the awards show i really thought there was going to be a continuation aka a season 3 immediately after this season ended hahahahaha! but i really hope there would be a 3rd season :( the whole cast and crew are practically a family already :')
