If you can make bail you can go home until your Court date and then you have your Court date and the trial happens. After everything you get the sentence and then you either are let free or get your sentence and serve it. So, I'm not sure what this is. Is it a pardon maybe? Unless Korea has some other rule about bail that is different. I'm just not sure lol. Oh, I was thinking maybe they got bail until they have to serve their time maybe?

Yeah, I just thought about it and did my edit so I think you didn't see it but I was thinking maybe they got bail while they're waiting on the appeal and all that until it's known for sure they have to serve.
