Do you think GAIN가츠plagiarized?

Do you think Xoticy did the right thing in making a video in response?

Was GAINê°€ì¸ paying "homage"?

Personally, to me it looks copied, Tbh I don't want to give a pass just because "it happens all the time" since this is someone else's work. Credit should be given were it's due. There is a difference between paying homage vs copying.

But I I want you to tell me what you think. Discuss.

I'm not a dance expert, but I feel that because it was a couple of moves and not just one, that it looks like gains choreographer did steal the moves. That's seriously gross, not only did they plagiarize but they also sold it to a company that paid them for some original choreography. I hope gain doesn't get too much hate for something someone else did and hope it gets cleared up peacefully.

Okay so after some googling lol I found out that when it comes to original dance moves people can't really copyright them and it only becomes a problem when it is a whole choreography being copied. And, when you look at the video it doesn't look like the dances moves are all apart of of whole choreography but just pasted together in the video for comparison purposes. So basically, is it messed up that gains choreographer stole the moves without credit? Yes, but technically she doesnt owe the original choreographer anything. Atleast that's what I got from my understanding, I could be wrong.

It's definitely a copy. The original is a lot more erotic but there's no denying that those moves are almost exactly the same.

Obviously the original choreographer was not asked or credited for the use of her dance, SO... yeah it's a problem.

This really needs to stop. Choreographers, artists, musicians-- they are more often than not willing to be paid for the use of their creations. In fact, that's kind of their jobs. These companies aren't broke. Pay your content creators.

No. She's reaching.

I've seen a lot of dancers/strippers/hookers/prostitutes use those moves. On top of that, the moves that she showed weren't even a part of an entire choreographed piece. She just showed random snippets of her doing those moves. That means nothing.

I don't think so. The moves 'copied' are pretty generic. Its the way the video is exited that makes it look like an out and out copy. If you compare it to the WHOLE choreo for Paradise Lost and not just snippets although there are smal similarities, its obviously to plagiarism.

Man, what do YOU do on the weekends? Lol and why would hookers/prostitutes be doing moves like that?

Where the fuck do you see prostitutes dancing? And it looks very similar.

Are XOTICY's moves from the same video? And for one bit of the comparison Ga-In's video was edited so it matched XOTICY's moves.

Anyhow they look the same but I'm not sure how if it's truly copying since most of those moves are generic (especially the booty part).

But if Ga-In's choreographers did plagarize the moves then that's fucked up

Edit: some of those video clips were from separate videos that have one or two similar dance move to Ga-In.

I don't know about the people dancing those move, but these move are very similar to a lot of people doing sexy dances, it so stupid how they claim gain stole the choreography when she PURPOSELY edit part of the move she used in A LOT OF choreo, and just accusing gain of stealing the move. If the choreo as a whole, or parts of it wasn't copied then no it not stealing.. I agree with u she is reaching
