NOW WHENEVER I HEAR THAT LDN NOIZE MY HEART FILLZ WITH ANGER. DON'T ME CUZ I AM PUBLICLY PROCLAIMING THAT I AM THAT NOIZE'Z ANTI I KANT AT THEM MAKING THAT MESS OF A MONSTER REMIX!!! I've already said that in the other thread, but this repackage is really a step back in the line distribution. I've thought we were making progress with Ex'act in that area, but it seems that, no, SM seems to prefer unfair line distributions ... Lotto seems to be very ChenBaekSoo dominated, but I found Can't Bring Me Down to be a bit better, as Lay, Xiumin, Sehun, and Kai aren't heard a lot in Lotto, but get a bit more in Can't Bring Me Down~ I need to listen to She's Dreaming a bit more to judge~ I personally found EX'ACT to be worse in this aspect, TBH (but I say this as someone who is also Lay biased)~ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But aside from Lay, the others, who are usually getting crumbs for lines, really got a fair share : Suho got to showcase his vocals, Sehun went from "E-X-OH" to actually have substantial rap parts and Xiumin got lines. With this line distribution, I feel like we didn't progess at all, like Ex'act never happened ... We're back to square A, as Xiumin being the random dude who sometimes got 1/2 lines ... I still have to wait for the M/V, maybe he got some screentime or had an important part in the choreography so I'll hopelessy cling to that ... Yeah, EX'ACT was really good for the other members~ I was especially glad for Sehun and Xiumin~ It was really only Lay that bothered me~ So now it's flipped for me; I was happy Xiumin got a decent amount of lines in Monster but Lay had very few~ Now Lay's got a few more, but Xiumin has fewer~ I think he'll probably have good screentime in the MV~ Lets be hopeful~ I dont know if you realized it yet , but Xiumin has absolutely no lines whatsoever in She's Dreaming ( unless i heard wrong ) . At this point , they may aswell take away his title of lead vocalist/dancer since its hardly legit , really i dont even know what SM is thinking . It always rubs me the wrong way when I hear songs like Stronger and She's Dreaming, like Xiumin isn't a lead singer or something. At least with Miracles in December it was only the main singers, so all the lead singers were left out, but now it's just Xiumin -_-...but whatever, I'm just glad I don't like the song so I'm not too mad he's not in it. Yeah, I keep wondering why Xiumin couldn't even have got the rap parts in the Chinese one~ And I agree, he's also a lead vocal, so I don't get why he couldn't have had lines, too~ But I won't complain since other members also didn't get any~ But you have a point, he's got lines in the songs I prefer, so I won't dwell on it~ I LOVE the songs themselves, so I'm very happy with the repackage~ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
