LOL I just went a re-checked the SM Rookie profiles and the specialty for Do Young (the upcoming main vocalist for the new boy group) is FLUTE, for Wendy it's GUITAR, and for Seulgi it's GUITAR and JAPANESE (???)..... like, not a single profile has vocal as a specialty and these are clearly vocalists

 

I'd bet on her being a vocalist and strong one at that
