So i'm computeraddicted. You can find me online most of the time. I don't even go to bed at regular times anymore even at schooldays. I go to bed at arround 4-6AM and wake up at 7AM for school. Then when i come back from school ill take a nap in the afternoon and that is it. I don't want to miss the internet for too long, i'm scared of missing funny/important stuff while im gone. At classes im always behind the computer aswell. And if we have class without computers in it imma just skip it and go home. If i can't use the computer for like half a day i become super depressed. And i also don't care about anything else then kpop. Everything else sucks tbh.

you need to spend more time outside with real friends family ..

Dont have that many real friends tbh.

 

 

That's good. But still, it's hella unhealthy to sit in front of a computer and not get enough sleep. Do you exercise... at all?

I used to play soccer for like 8 years but i stopped like 3 years ago.

I used to be like that not too long ago. I ignored my friends, my boyfriend, my classes,everything...There were times where I didn't sleep at nights at all, I was awake the whole night and morning, went to school at 8AM and took a 4 hours nap after coming back. Everything changed after I failed math.

 

I don't think you need a therapist, you just need to find something you like outside of the internet, just anything.

You need to move, skinny people need to move too. You can exercise at home, or just take a simple walk for 30 minutes a day.

Find something else to help balance your addiction. A hobby? An interest? Learn how to play an instrument, cook, write, sew, read, sports, painting, whatever. Look for something else that makes you happy.

That's kinda unhealthy.  How long have you been living like this?

 

You may be able to manage now because you're still young, but sooner or later (more likely the former) your body will shut down in protest and you'll be forced to take an enforced break due to deteriorating health issues.

get a job over the summer that doesn't involve any computer usage.

i recommend something involving physical labor since you'll be dead tired after work you'll probably go to sleep earlier and ofc the pay.

can't forget about da money

 

and friends are over rated tbh

 uhm it started like 1.5 year ago when i started this school. this school is way too easy for me. im not even taking it serious anymore.

you should make friends soon you really need to get out of your room go to clubs

do sport take care of your health and eat more

 im too awkward to make friends myself, people need to come up to me. and i dont like going to clubs.

i get 400 euros a month from the government so i dont need to work for now that is at least.

Wow you sound like my boyfriend 2 years ago when we used to do nothing but be on the computer.

I don't know things just suddenly changed and he just suddenly changed.

 

Nowadays it's starting again but not as worst as before. It's kind of alright cause at least he does not neglects his obligations and responsibilities and finds the time to spend moments with us

But we go to sleep late, then he wakes up like a few hours later only to play again.
