�SHERRY� 5,081 Posted March 7, 2015 Share Posted March 7, 2015 I just did today I baked a plain brownies and i added a bit of coffee to make it taste more chocolate. BIG MISTAKE!!!! The batter turn more liquid than regular brownie batter but i just baked it anyway. And it turned into a chocolate CAKE instead of a BROWNIE. I want a brownie not a chocolate cake But at least the cake taste good and fluffy but still it is not a brownie owh i did use a bit of brown sugar too cos i ran out out of white sugar and that may be part of the problem too Share yours stupid mistake in cooking or baking to make me feel better please Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Half of the cake was basically just chocolate liquid... It was still nice, I scooped out the liquid bit and spread it over the rest of the cake like icing and then filled the big hole it made with whipped cream... Honestly, it didn't suck that bad simply because the brownie/cake wasn't all dry and shit and still quite moist so yeah. angrybird202 357 Posted September 11, 2015 Share Posted September 11, 2015 My cooking/baking experience is somehow embarrassing but I'm gonna write about it anyways. 1) Try to make chocolate pancakes, end up with "mud" pancakes. 2) Forget to put sugar into coconut macaroon, end up having healthy sugar-free and flat macaroons. 3) Turn rice into congee accidentally. I am the brother who experienced these cookies. I have never seen anything like it in my life. It was the cookies that you actually have to do the mixing stuff or whatever instead of just cookie dough. I don't know what went wrong, but these cookies were some shit from hell. I swear, the shapes of the cookies were some sort of demonic imagery or something. The taste was no better. The worst cookies I have ever had in my life.
