Find a picture you like.

Crop it to the size of the photo mentioned above. Or make sure it is big enough to fit the frame

Then you work with the fonts , one at a time, different font size and color.

 

I think something like the picture above could be done easily if you already have a picture in mind

No problem :)))

As the user above me said...  finding some premade psd might help a lot. 

there are sites from where you can download fonts if you do not have it on your photoshop and there are many interesting ones.

 

Just be careful with the font. If you want to make it that small yet to be understood, I think you'll have to choose the picture with care so the contrast won't be too big. and if the font can't be seen well enough, just play with the crisp, strong etc options and see which makes it more comfortable for you.

it's possible in gimp too. This is relatively simple and you're not changing layer visibility and all so gimp can do all this.

I actually used to use gimp, but then found downloads for ps...and it's never been the same since

? Oh no I meant I can't help the op since I'm a gimp user and never used Ps lmaoo
