The original line up of idol groups go through many changes due to members leaving and adding new ones. For groups that you follow; is there a trainee/member that was suppose to debut with a group or you thought were going to, but for some reason did not. Do you know why they left? Do you know what that person is doing now? Is he or she part of another group? Feel free to share any insider knowledge or observation you know of, such as company and member disagreements/conflicts... In BTS, the only member left from the original line up(a hip hop duo that was to debut in 2010), is BTS's Leader Rap Monster. Former members; left before debut: Iron (Jung Hunchul)-part of original line up; suppose to be in a duo with RapMonster. Runner up SMTM3, signed with Polaris Ent. was rumor to debut with group called Hives. Your Juan and only 5,432 Posted March 6, 2015 Share Posted March 6, 2015 Minah's sistar Hyunah was a trainee for DreamTea, I don't think she was gonna join Girl's Day though, but she left the company and joined CCM and was suppose to debut with Coco Lee, Youngji, Lee Areum and Song Areum, all of them have left and joined other groups except Lee Areum left T-ara and the other Areum is in The Seeya i think. Coco Lee I'm not sure where she is, Hyunah joined Bella4 a ballad group which is in the same company as Dal Shabet waiting for their debut. loveappeal 5,535 Posted March 6, 2015 Share Posted March 6, 2015 snsd - seo hyun jin: originally a member of sm's group, m.i.l.k, that debuted in the early 2000s? they were pretty popular but disbanded in 2004 and she went back to training again. apparently itnw was originally supposed to be a m.i.l.k song. zhang li yin: trained with the girls but went on to debut as a soloist instead. lee yeon hee: trained with the girls and advanced to the final auditions for the group but was beat out by sooyoung. (park) soyeon: was a really popular sm trainee during her time, trained with all of the girls also and was originally set to be the leader of the group, making it to the cut before the final cut before she left the company due to family related issues. later debuted with t-ara. (heo) chanmi: was set to join the group as the maknae but eventually left sm to train with ccm and debuted with co-ed school before leaving ccm a few years ago. kim min ji: started training with sm not long before snsd debuted and was rumored to have been in the potential line up but left the company. other people who were, apparently, in the running at some point to be in the group were: lee hwanhee (who later debuted as a soloist under the stagename "fawney"), stella kim (a well known trainee who apparently dated siwon / is a normal citizen now) and... a lot of others.
