I have thought about suicide since alot of time

but this whole time my escape as been to go to school, since i can meet my friends and have fun

But i feel like my friends are starting to ignore me

And i`m kind of tired of people doing this to me, because this is my third school going to and in the other school the same thing has happened

I have asperger and i`m not really that good at making friends

I don`t know what to do because if they leave me i will have nothing

large.gif

I`m kind of tired of trying to make friends because for me they are my bestfriends but i don`t know how they see me

I feel like where ever i`ll go in my life everyone will get tired of me and leave and there is no point of keep trying because no one really cares,,

Can someone please write something that can make me happier right now or help please

There will always be people who leave, that's just how life is and most of the time it will have nothing to do with you. But then new people will come :)  you're in school, you have your whole life ahead of you and you'll meet so many wonderful people who are going to make it worth it. We sometimes get it into our heads that no one cares but honestly, people do care, we just don't always realise it. And if they don't, find those who do. Difficult? Yes but it's worth it.

And you need to love yourself because how can you expect others to do it if you can't even do it yourself? Also, what you have to remember is that both sides have to put in the effort in order to make friendship work.

I think you need to seek professional help. And talk to your friends and tell them how you feel, they might not even realise they're hurting you.

Fighting!

I know nothing about you or your situation so I can't really give you the advice you need, a professional could though. You need to talk to someone and believe me, it does help.

Yes, it's a shitty feeling when people leave but there will be others, I promise you that. And right now life might suck but you have to try to make it better, it's in your hands. You don't want your friends to leave you? Don't let them leave, be the friend you want others to be like to you. If you're struggling, let them know. That's how friendships work, you're there for one another.

Have you joined any interest groups in school? It will be good to find people with a common hobby.

Some tips:

Don't run away from awkward moments with your friends. It will make the next encounter even more awkward.

Do your best to make eye contact and smile.

Anyway, take things slowly. If you make a mistake, laugh about it. Also, sleep early to conquer depression.

Coming from a mildly autistic =)

I'm obviously not the most qualified person to talk to about stuff like this but if you're having suicidal thoughts you should first go get help about that? That seems to be a serious issue that needs to be resolved first and foremost, either start by finding help yourself tell your family and friends who will almost certainly help out. If you don't or you keep to yourself, what if your mindset and and/or their lack of awareness that is affecting your friendship?

It's common that people who are depressed for example (I mean actually depressed, not the OH version lol) often lose friends and family because they can't understand/empathise which leads to even deeper depression, it's a vicious cycle.

I have depression and social anxiety but on top of that i also have adhd and aperger so i don`t really feel well

I told my bestfriend how i wanted to kill myself and she didn`t take it seriously and since then it feels like she isn`t listening to me anymore

I go to someone every week and talk,  My parents allready know some of the stuff but i dont want them to be scared so i don`t want to tell them more

I just don`t see anything in my future, i have one real friend left and im scared as hell, I have tried everything to feel better but everything is just shit

Sorry to hear about that.

My advice may not be what the person helping you is saying, or may even be wrong in which case don't listen to me lol, but have you tried to focus your time on something which you REALLY enjoy? Like if you like art, do some art or since you're in a kpop forum, maybe you really like kpop and should listen/watch more kpop stuff (may I suggest SNSD, shameless plug there ). Basically do something that let's you forget your worries.

Sure that might mean you spend less time with your friend especially if you don't share the same interests, but if they're real friends they'd understand, maybe even join in. That's also the chance you may meet new friends from your hobbies. I've personally had occasions where I've had super crappy health (literally bed ridden) and simply gaming (you could try that) has helped tons both physically (alleviate pain) and just lifting my mood when I'm down, the best part was that some of my friends play online with me (still do and it's fun beating their asses).

Basically don't give up, take each step one at a time. Don't focus on the negatives or what ifs, instead try to focus on something, anything, that makes you happy.
