does anyone else have ocd? 

 

also does anyone have any tips for self love? i want to practice more self love in 2018 but it's like there's this mental block telling myself i don't deserve it... ._. 

I'm not really sure what the aim of the first question is exactly, but I decided to throw this out there. I also am someone with OCD.

i have ocd too! i was diagnosed in december. i'm just trying to find people that know the struggle lol. do you mind if i pm you? 

I was diagnosed late summer, so I'm not experienced in dealing with it, but I may be of some interest to talk to. I don't mind at all, I'd actually appreciate it.
